I Paid $35.85 for 2nd day shipping and did not receive the order in the time it was promised when I placed order by phone. It was not shipped until 5 days had passed. Bad customer service they offered no help. One of the phone hand hand sets was defective and I was told to go to Panasonic for repair? once they get your order they don't care! |

This is definitely the worst merchant you will ever meet in the world. They advertised their low quality product as high quality product. So I bought it and got a much lower quality product than I should expect and they promised to me in their advertisement. How do you think it? Is it a CHEAT? I contacted them immediately. But they refused it. I argued it to otherwhere, they still refused it. I have enough evidences to show that's their mistake. But they only refused it without any evidence. |

I have had a great deal of experience shoping on the net, but this retailer was by far the worst experiece I have ever had. They misslead me about product availability claiming it being in stock. Four wks later I found out that it was never in stock. My second experiece whitch was a big mistake was to order a phone system. It actuly arrived but it didn't work. When I called about how to return it for exchange I was told that they take no responsibility and I have to send it to the manufacturer. |

THE WORST. These guys outright lie. I paid for an Olympus camera and never got it. I called and they said it would ship in "1 or 2 days for sure..." Never came. They gave me the same story repeatedly for over a month. It never came. They never had it in stock. They were incredibly rude on the phone and the same woman answered "customer service" every time. It sounds like a small operation with no controls and terrible attitudes. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from these guys. |

Website indicated item in stock. I placed an order and heard nothing. I called to enquire about the order and was told that they were waiting for a shipment from their supplier and it would be shipped in a few days. A few days later called again...got the same rude "customer service" woman and was told that it would be another couple of days even though the website still showed the item in stock. THREE Weeks later, I cancelled the order and bought it elsewhere ! |

I feel very blessed to have received what I ordered. I received email notice order was accepted and would get another when shipped..I didn't. I called and got recording of being closed several days. The recording was very rude. I got skeptical and decided to cancel order. When I finally got ahold of them to cancel, I was told it was to be delivered that day...rude again! It was delivered, though and was what I ordered...as I said...feel blessed. I will not go back and tell others to STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! |

I ordered a cd changer, and was told for 3 months that it was backordered. I was always told-"it will be in next week- we promise"- or "Oh, your number is coming up soon!" This was enough to keep me thinking, for the price, I could wait. Then I called and was told that my order had been cancelled because they weren't getting any more. When I asked when they had been planning to tell me this- she hung up on me. Stay away from this sorry company! |

I ordered a P-330 printer from them several months ago that they advertised as "ready to ship" needless to say I never received anything. When I contacted them to find out where my printer was they said they tried to contact me but could not! just another lie! Anyway they offered a "worthless" printer for much more $$$! |

I placed my order for a PANASONIC CX-DP801 and had not received it after two weeks. I placed the order on my Visa card so how long should it take to clear? Was the item backordered? I tried to call their customer service but only received the holiday schedule recording. From that point I cancelled my order! I didn’t want it...It had been too long and they were never available when I made numerous calls. Also, they never returned my e-mails. What a joke. |

I was extremely pleased with this company. Our purchased digital camera shipped within 24-hrs. They have excellent customer service hours and the people are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this vendor in comparison to others we have worked with. |

I recently e-mailed these guys and it took them 10 days to send a reply. The communication was also not worded clearly so I thought I would check their rating and of course it is low. If they would have responded right away they might have sold a camera. |

Recently purchased a DVD player JVC XVS60BK at a great price. Delivery was prompt (~ 1wk) and player works just fine. Product information at the website was good, although I wished it had a way to track the status of one's order. Confirmation email is sent at time of the order, but no confirmation when the order has been sent. |

The worst co. I have dealt with. Rude people on the phone. Not helpful at all in any way. I ordered a cdrw from them and they kept tell me that they would send it out the next day. I waited for 2 weeks and nothing came. I gave them one more week...nothing....I canceled...and found someone else.... |

It took them three weeks before they would tell me my item was not shipped, but rather it was out of stock. Before this they told me it was shipped, but there were issues with billing, and shipping....so there was no way it was shipped. Emails are no better they answer once, and never again. I have heard nothing on a substituion for the product. Either they lie, or they have no communication (billing, shipping, sales, customer service) from where their items are coming from. GREAT prices. |

The worst co. I have ever dealt with. Rude people. I ordered a Compaq Presario MV940 Nov 21 It came cracked in half. They sent UPS to pick it up and it took them a week to find out what UPS did with it now its out of stock but they will get a shipment soon IT'S DEC 27 I still done have it and if I want to get credit they can give it to me but i will have to pay for shipping ha ha ha aha hah ah !!!!! |

I bought a JVC DVD player from them last Xmas. The problem is the player did not work--at all. I called them multiple times and when I got through to they said to take it to an authorized repair center. I did, and they couldn't fix it. I called to request a swap of my (defective) unit for a working one. Sure, but you will have to pay the restocking fee. Umm, no thanks. I finally had to get Visa involved to get my refund. I would highly recommend you NOT take your chances with these jokers. |

They never have in stock the items they advertise for a low price! They won't tell you this until you have wasted hours of your time trying to call them repeatidly! Take my advise don't waste your time on them! |

One of the extensions didn't work and I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee to return the phone and that I should have Panasonic fix it. If I returned it to them, they said, they would simply send it to Panasonic and then wait until it was fixed to send it back to me. They then told me they were out anyway. I definitely would avoid them. |

I tried to order a digital camera they claimed was in stock. It wasn't. They offered me another, which I ordered. They sent me an email saying it had been shipped. When it didn't arrive I called; it's not in stock and hasn't been shipped. This process took 20 days. Stay away from these people. |

I called the day the gift should arrive 2nd day mail and I need to sign a paper and fax back stating that this is a good ship-to address. I have had many gift shipped and NEVER had to do this. As a result the gift will be late!! |

I placed an order for an item that their site showed was in stock. Since their track record seems to be so bad (based on the reviews I found here) I called the next day to verify that the order had shipped. The customer service person said that they were out of the item but expected to recieve them "sometime this week". I asked why the site showed that it was in stock and she said "because we received a bunch of orders". I cancelled the order and will NEVER order anything from them again. |
