I too was very concerned about the reviews I read about Refurbdepot.com out of New York. Out of 35 only 7 were positive! I bought a Panasonic KX-TG2583S cordless phone. Refurbdepot.com was a "BEST"!! They called me back the next day and let me know they no longer had it in silver but in black. It was shipped that day. I recieved it two days later! The phone is great and packaged very nice. Great Phone! Two thumbs up! Would use them again with no "CONCERNS"!!! Saved $60.00 |

My experience couldn't have been more positive. I ordered my olympus camera on Monday, on-line. It arrived on Friday, with the accessories I had requested... all in fine working order and with complete documentation. I'd definitely buy here again! |

Purchased a Panasonic Home Theater System. The site was very understandable, clear, simple and to the point, gave excellent information. Customer service was very courteous. The price is the best. Was promised delivery in 6-7 days, received way ahead in 2 days. Definitely will come back to shop again and recommend to others. It is a 10+++ . |

Ordered IS-50 QD Camera. Shipped same day. NO HASSLE!!! Not asked to call back. No Acc. forced on me. This is how buying on line used to be. It still exists. Would highly recommend them. If you are looking for a great price with no hassle...Try them out. |

The reviews here seem to be very good or very bad. My experience was very good. I ordered an Epson Perfection 2450 and it was delivered by UPS three days later. At each step of the way, I was electronically informed what was happening to my order and when it arrived I was very impressed by quality of the packaging...smart and efficient. The actual product gave every appearance of being brand new and its performance, so far, has been superb. I couldn't be happier. |

I was a bit hesitant to order after reading the reviews, but the price was great. I followed up the day after submitting my order by phone, and was told immediately what the status of the order was. It was shipped the next day, and I was emailed a tracking number. It arrived in great condition and works fine. |

We ordered a refurbished Olympus D-510 digital camera online when we discovered that it would cost over $100 to have our current Olympus D-340R repaired. We immediately received an order confirmation by email and 5 days later we received the D-510. It is like new and has all the accessories, software and memory card. I will definitely make future purchases here if the price is right (they had the best price we could find on this camera). |

I have bought the following items from Refurbdepot.com in the past 3 years and was very happy with what I got: 1. CanoScan FB 320P Scanner, bought in 2000 for $25, still works. 2. HP DeskJet 895CXi Printer bought in 2000, still works. 3. 2 Panasonic 2.4 GHz phones, the price was excellent. One of the phones had a defective battery and their cust. Service replaced the phone promptly. 4. My latest buy is a Compaq Presario 1525US Laptop, a great at $1500, was delivered on time! |

These guys are excellent.After reading some of the other reviews, I was concerned about buying from them.Two orders later I'm extremely happy with the service and responsiveness.I expected a lot less service from a company that competes on price. I highly recommend them to everyone.My only caution is to make sure the product is in stock or ask for a substitute.They need to update the website faster! |

The camcorder I wanted went end-of-life, so the refurb here was the only factory sealed product available. I'll admit the other reviews left me very nervous. I ordered Sunday, they shipped Monday, and I was playing with a great camera on Thursday. While I didn't test their service in a problem resolution scenario, I couldn't be happier. Innocent until proven guilty. |
