I have dealt with ABT before and my experience was good. Hopefully my experience in getting the item to my house in good and workable condition will be a satisfying experience. I did not like paying over $14.00 shipping cost to return an item that cost me only $24.00. The returned item was not what I thought it would be. |

ABT is one of the best and most complete electronics, appliances, etc dealers in the greater Chicago Area ...Love this place I've been a customer for over 10yrs...when I think of buying an new applicance or electronics, I always check Consumers Reports then I benchmark availability and pricess with ABT and they never fail. |

Having only placed the order, I have no opinion. My order was delivered by UPS as stated in ABT's emails to me. Product was fcatory packaged within ABT's packaging. Although the outside box had a crushed corner the box inside was unscathed. |

Nice clean interface for ordering. Fills in fields, such as City and State, after you've provided your zip code....very helpful and should be standard everywhere! Also, entering your phone number was easy as it forwarded past the dashes -- again should be standard but so many retailers don't have these basic User Interface functions which make things just *that much* easier! |

This is my second visit to the site. On my first visit I found a descrepancy in the information concerning a product and made a call to customer service... got a real person, who spoke understandable english... problem resolved! |
