I had to call to see if a replacement part was available, and I got through in a matter of minutes to Blake, who was able to answer my question immediately, without referencing any other information. He knew exactly what I was asking about, and told me to purchase the replacement part directly from the manufacturer. Great customer service! |

I think ABT is wonderful. This is my second time ordering a TV from them. The first time was by phone and the customer service was excellent and I received my order very FAST. The second time is by the internet and in terms of descriptions, explanation of things were excellent. Also, I find ABT prices very reasonable and fare. If I have a need to order any type of electronics in the future, I would not hesistate to order from ABT again. |

I LOVE the participation in the American Airlines AAdvantage miles program. But.....the radio button to mark credit cards is easily misread, allowing one to erroneously select another credit card than the one desired. Specifically, the radio button is on the wrong (rifht-hand) side of the text. The rest of the website is fine. |
