The purchased product, a 65" Sony television, arrived quickly (7 days from order date), and in new, undamaged condition. This purchase was my first major purchase from an online discount retailer. I just purchased a new 52 inch flat screen for an amazing deal. The sales person that i spoke to was great and took the time to help me figure out which TV is best for my house. I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family. They have very competitive prices and wonderful service. |

Purchased my 47LX6500 LG television from them and i am a satisfied customer. I don't generally order televisions online but for a brand new LG HDTV 1080P the price was cheaper then any store i checked out, i went to bestbuy, sears etc no one had it cheaper then these guys. |

Shipping was pretty fast for my new Sony. let me just say that my new sony is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! i have never SEEN such a bright and flat TV. love sony and love powersellernyc for having it at the cheapest price! 5/5 for them! cheers |

Just a little over 1 week ago I ordered my HDTV from them, service, support and shipping were EXCELLENT! In fact it was so good it made me want to write this review about them. I ordered my previous HDTV from a different site and it was HELL! worst experience of ordering online i ever had. I trusted powersellernyc because the reviews on nextag and the price was really cheap for my tv. I highly recommend powersellernyc. |

Never order anything from these people. Waited a month to receive the wrong product. Ordered the Casio XJ-M240 but received the XJ-A240. When I received the product I looked on their website and noticed the cost difference. The XJ-M240 was $1079 and the xj-A240 was $1045. After asking for a refund for the cost difference they change the price on the website. changing the XJ-M240 to $1079 and the XJ-A240 to $1089.
product sent was also poorly boxed and shipped out. Everything was just stuffed with cutout cardboard pieces. Retailer Response (02/09/2012): This is a complete misunderstanding on the customers part since he only paid $969 for the unit he purchased and then was requesting a credit for a difference he didn't even pay for.In fact we gave him a better unit valued $75 more instead of thanking us he slanders us for his misunderstanding.we have tried to contact him to rectify the misunderstanding however customer refuses to respond. ??? We have done everything in our power to try and satisfy this customer and will continue to do so..Please shop with confidence, at PowerSellerNyc customer Support is always a Top Priority |

This purchase was one of the easist and fastest purchase I have had in awhile. PowersellerNYC shipped this item fast and the packaging was second to none, I was concerned the item would be received damaged as this was a Sound Bar and electronic items at times when shipped arive damaged. The shipper at PowersellerNYC did an excellent job! Hats off to the shipper. Would definitely use this seller again! Pricing was also very attractive! |

I have yet to receive either a purchase confirmation or a tracking number 8 days since hitting the 'confirm purchase' button. Luckily I printed the invoice page subsequently. I would recommend spending your hard earned dollars elsewhere. |
