Very easy to use, no account set up required, the only glitch I encountered was when I entered the credit card info the first time I did not use spaces between the numbers like the card has and it did not accept it. But when I put in the spaces it did accept it. |

It was much quicker to order on line than by phone: I did so after waiting on the phone for 5 minutes. Shipping method and delivery date were not offered at time of order. I was asked to call the sales department to confirm the order, but was nudged into purchasing an extended waranty. Shipping notification was not given until I called customer service. |

Salesman was pleasant. Called customer service to confirm that items had shipped.
The rep started ranting did you read our policy statement again and again.
2nd and 3rd calls were to STEVE. WORST rep I've ever encountered. I recorded the calls
and have been playing them for friends and business associates. Appalling individual.
Paid full retail for 2 hard to find items 'In Stock' means drop shipped a week later out of Florida with a hand-written label that says New York. One of the items is flawed. I'll get with JVC on that because I won't go through any more mugging from the customer service blokes at powerseller NYC. Never again. Good luck with it Steve. Retailer Response (04/22/2011): Unfortunately this is one of those customers that takes a tiny issue and makes it huge. I have reviewed our own recordings, and my rep simply tried to explain the dropshipment. Item shipped out direct from our dist., and tracking had not updated. Our rep let him know, and asked him to read our policy when repeatedly questioned. Dropships do not update right away, and may take several days. He disagreed, and feels that he is on a higher level than others, as he buys high end projectors. He wanted the tracking immmediately, and kept repeating it. I do not blame my rep for directing him to the policy. We would have gladly exchanged the product if defective, and I have spoken to this customer, and attempted resolution. Shop with confidence. We strive for customer satisfaction. |
