The company has recently went under new management and personally called me to apologized for the incident. They gave a free warranty on a product that was purchased a year ago. I would recommend this company for its professionalism! |

I'm glad to see there are still some online retailers that do business like they are supposed to. I saw an item at a good price, placed the order via 2 day air, and recieved it 2 days later. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and I would recommend them to all! |

I purchased a Denon 3806 receiver and received it very very quickly in perfect condition. I received a phone call from them a week after I received the receiver asking if I was having any problems with it. Would highly recommend them. |

(Edited May 11th by editholive) I was impressed that they called me back (after original review below) and "made things right" by contacting the credit card company (apparently it was a billing/shipping address problem) and shipping the item to me air freight at their expense. I appreciate it when companies seem to actually want my business!
[A week went by and I did not hear from them. Just a confirmation e-mail and then... nothing. So I called them and when I found out they STILL hadn't shipped the order, I cancelled it.] Retailer Response (05/11/2006): We Did send Out a Email stating There was an issue with an alternate address which we could not verify. We do not ship to a 3rd pary alternate address. The only acceptable alternate address we ship to Must Be On file With The Card Holders Bank. It specifically states this on our order form and In our company Policy. We do this to protect ourselves and our customers from fraud. We Provide Top Quality Service Here at Powersellernyc and Treat Every Customer as we would want to be treated ourselves. We are in the process of trying to resolve this situation as well. |
