The whole ordering process was very smooth and pleasent. Product was shipped the same day I made the order and come to my house next day. (I didn't received it until the day after because no one as home.) It was in good shape and I installed and tested that evening. No problem at all. The only issue is, as others pointed out, the final shipping charge is higher than what indicated in Pricegrabber and higher than the first estimate I got from the website. Overall I think I still had a good deal. Recommended. |

Ordered a Laserjet 3030 multifunction. Ordered on 4/11 and received on 4/13. Product in good shape and had no problem at all. The only issue is the actual shipping price is higher than the value listed. Overall, it is still a good value though. It will earn 5 stars if not because of the shipping price discrepancy. Recommended. |

They had the best price on Pricegrabber and they shipped our order the next day, ordered around 6pm. They followed up with tracking and everything arrived quickly. |

Shipping seemed to hike up every step I took. Pricegrabber showed the shipping at $10.79, added item to cart went up to $18.xx, at checkout shipping was $22.24. It's only shipping ground and I'm also in CA. We'll see how Customer Service handles this discrepancy. |

Price was great, ordering was a snap and shipping was lightning fast. What else can you ask from a merchant? I called to chack status as I was traveling, and was able to speak directly to the sales rep that was handling my transaction. Great communication by the merchant. They made an extremely pleased buyer out of me. |
