Price was great, ordering was a snap and shipping was lightning fast. What else can you ask from a merchant? I called to chack status as I was traveling, and was able to speak directly to the sales rep that was handling my transaction. Great communication by the merchant. They made an extremely pleased buyer out of me. |

Shipping seemed to hike up every step I took. Pricegrabber showed the shipping at $10.79, added item to cart went up to $18.xx, at checkout shipping was $22.24. It's only shipping ground and I'm also in CA. We'll see how Customer Service handles this discrepancy. |

They had the best price on Pricegrabber and they shipped our order the next day, ordered around 6pm. They followed up with tracking and everything arrived quickly. |

Ordered a Laserjet 3030 multifunction. Ordered on 4/11 and received on 4/13. Product in good shape and had no problem at all. The only issue is the actual shipping price is higher than the value listed. Overall, it is still a good value though. It will earn 5 stars if not because of the shipping price discrepancy. Recommended. |

The whole ordering process was very smooth and pleasent. Product was shipped the same day I made the order and come to my house next day. (I didn't received it until the day after because no one as home.) It was in good shape and I installed and tested that evening. No problem at all. The only issue is, as others pointed out, the final shipping charge is higher than what indicated in Pricegrabber and higher than the first estimate I got from the website. Overall I think I still had a good deal. Recommended. |

Ordered a 1320 and received it withing the next 3 days. The product was in excellent condition and the customer service was good. Tracking No. was sent the same day to my email so i could track it and be available to pick up the same. |

(Edited January 16th by tommccarty) would like to know tax and shipping earlier but your price more than made up for it I was not sure at first but once I saw Advanced Micro Systems was the owner, I was relieved and made my purchase.. then I got a call it was not in stock.. so Update/ Jan 16th- I said Pricegrabber will hear about it.. then she told me one was available, used for demo but had just been opened and not played. It would have been nice to have the shipping options explained in more detail. There was an option for will call/ pick up, but it did not specify where they were located, or if there was even a branch in my city. Overall a reasonable site. |

It all went very smooth, including creating a new account, with two exceptions...Nothing about estimated shipping/delivery dates, and when I hit send with my CC info, it said the page was encrypted, but the info was being sent over a non-encrypted connection, and could be read. |
