Best price on item by more than 300 dollars, shipped as promised, arrived on time. Hardest part of the whole transaction was spelling my last name over the phone and reading the credit card number. |

Worst online purchasing experience ive had in a long time! And I do this EVERYDAY! As long as you do not have to speak to a human or your item is in stock then you may have a chance. The most pleasant part was cancelling the order- I only had to wait in hold 12 minutes that time. It took no less than 7 calls to this place to actually talk to a person longer than it takes to transfer a call. How these companies stay in biz is a miracle. |

The best customer service experience I've ever had. The follow through was excellent. I ordered my printer on Friday, requested next day. On Monday I received it. I would buy from them again. And not only was there service great their prices were the lowest. |

NEVER AGAIN! A month ago I ordered a $2100 item that was "in stock". I sent a PO but was called back because they couldn't read it. I called back to check the status of the order afterwards and they claimed that they never received the 1st PO? I resent it and was assured that it was in stock. Just checked the status again, waited on hold for 15 minutes and was informed that the item was on backorder. Guess I'll be on hold for 15 minutes waiting to cancel the order. How do they stay in business? |

Beware! Great prices with margin coming on postage and handling. Items ordered on line may not be in stock or even in existence. If you are expecting an item to go smoothly from your online cart to the shipping area to your house, you may be in for a long wait! |

First, no email on purchase or shipment with tracking number. When contacted on 3/14 was told item would be in my possession next Wednesday or Thursday 3/20-21. Contacted on 3/20 was told item would be here on 3/22. This time I was able to get shippers information and tracking number. Shipper picked up item on 3/15 but money was taken from my account on 3/14. I thought one did not pay until item was shipped. Would I buy from this vendor again "NO".. |

I was billed before shipping also. They didn't have the printer and then when I had it canceled, they did not have the amount taken off my account 24 hours after I received the cancelation number. BEWARE!!! |

Never Again! Buyers beware, called order in for a $1900 printer, had great prices, but they never had the printer that they claimed was "in stock". Have had to call several times to get our credit card charges reversed. Order placed on 3-15, today is 3-27 and we are STILL WAITING...for credit card reversal charges... |

Buyer beware. These guys will screw you one way or another. Only after I spent 10 hours trying to return and receive my refund did I get my money back on the item I ordered, which was broken as well as refurbished. They did even not mention that the item was refurbished anywhere when I bought it either. Straight up crooks. |

I ordered a $3500 projector that was "in stock" on a Visa card, after ten days I called to find out why it had not been delivered, I was told it was backordered and should be shipped in two weeks. I cancelled the order on the spot. The following week my Visa account has not been credited and the site still says "in stock" I curse this business! |

standard scam-offering low-price for reportedly "in stock" and never telling you it is backorderd. Called them several days after the order:they said it would ship tomorrow and they would overnight it to me. A week later - after seeing they charged my creditcard(ILLEGAL b4 item ships)-still out of stock. I waited the 2-3 days for them to reverse the charges after cancelling. Amazed that they actually credited me - I give them a 2 instead of a 1 since I didn't have to contest the charge. |

This merchant went out of there way to make sure I got what I wanted. They went over all the specs and made sure that it was compatible with my system. I got my printer in 3 days and they called to confirm that it was received. Excellent service. I would use them again. |

I ordered an HP Xe3 Laptop computer, it arrived within 3 days. Excellent service, and an order arrived on time. One thing confused me was, they didn't updated the shipping status of an order except in "Progress". Don't worry about the status on their website. If you want to find out your order call them instead. In brief, in the future I'd shop again, excellent service, cheap price, and order on time. I recommended to shop this merchant! |

BEWARE!!!...as the other reviewers have stated. I was lucky and didn't let them stick me. I called to order an item from them and after reading the other reviews, I requested the salesman to fax or e-mail a written statement that the item I was ordering was "brand new" never opened in a sealed factory box. They wouldn't do that...so obviously they were hiding something...and they didn't get my business!!! or my money!!! |

Called them several times until 6/07 they could not find any shipping information at all, finally they tell me it should arrive on 6/8. Written several emails they do not respond at all to them. This is the worst service and shipping on the net. At all odds stay away from COMPU AMERICA THEY ARE A SCAM. They charge as soon as they get credit info before shipping. |

This is the most unprofessional vender I have ever dealt with. I had trouble getting the order shipped because I use a different shipping address. I spent five days between my credit card company and Compu-America trying to resolve the issue. The staff at Compu-America was rude and unhelpful, and when I called to complain, they cancelled the order. It almost cost me a potential client. I will NEVER use them again, and anyone doing so should have their head examined. |

After receiving a laptop from CompuAmerica I discovered (through a conversation with HP tech support) that the unit sent to me was refurbished (with two days left on the warranty), not new like the one I ordered. After two days of trying to get a return merch authorization, they offered to give me $75 in compensation. I'm just baffled that they can operate like that. |

Stay away from these crooks! Ordered a Palm M500 on June 6th, they processed ordered & charged my card on the 7th. Didn't bother to ship until the 11th and then sent a refurbished Palm rather than the new one! No orginal equipment box, no warrenty. Palm confirmed that this is so. They refused to reship until they received the original one back, once returned, they did NOTHING until I called and now they claim they don't have any in stock and they claim they have credited my card. We'll see. |

They debit the credit card while they back-order the item. Evasive responses on follow up. Too long to credit back when it's evident they don't have the item. No experience with in-stock items. Seems like a boiler room operation. |

This place is absolutely a nightmare, needed some Compaq equipment quickly so I called to verify 2nd day delivery of "in-stock" items. Well, 2 weeks later (after 4 calls) the stuff starts trickling in with UPS Ground. They charged me for FedEx 2nd Day. They will never see another order from me that is for.... You'll do well not to patronize this business and save yourself some headaches. |
