The best customer service experience I've ever had. The follow through was excellent. I ordered my printer on Friday, requested next day. On Monday I received it. I would buy from them again. And not only was there service great their prices were the lowest. |

This merchant went out of there way to make sure I got what I wanted. They went over all the specs and made sure that it was compatible with my system. I got my printer in 3 days and they called to confirm that it was received. Excellent service. I would use them again. |

I ordered an HP Xe3 Laptop computer, it arrived within 3 days. Excellent service, and an order arrived on time. One thing confused me was, they didn't updated the shipping status of an order except in "Progress". Don't worry about the status on their website. If you want to find out your order call them instead. In brief, in the future I'd shop again, excellent service, cheap price, and order on time. I recommended to shop this merchant! |

It was a PLEASURE ordering from this company! Their price was excellent, they delivered on time. The only "problem" I had was a missing part in one of the items I ordered (OEM problem, not Compu America), and this company went out of their way to make it right! A++! I would order from them again! |

I ordered a Proxima LCD projector from this firm. I placed the order on 9/25 and received my order on 9/30 (Free Shipping). I was concerned at first because the price was hundreds of dollars less than others, and there were some poor reviews; but I took the chance. I am thrilled that I did. The unit is exactly as described and I saved a mint. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat. |

I just ordered a HP laser jet 3330 printer and received it very quickly. I was skeptical at first because of all the negative reviews here, but I think that this merchant has gotten a bad rap. I would definitely use them again. |

I bought a HP 3330 printer and had to return it due to problems. When I received the second one it had the same problems so I called and asked for the manager. She called HP, and stayed on the phone with me until we had the problem solved, could not have gotten better service from any other company anywhere. |

I think this merchant has gotten a bad rap! I ordered a projector on-line. There was a problem with the credit card company not wanting to release information on my, so they called me immediately, made a 3-way call with the CC company and shipped the projector the next day. I am extremely pleased with the quality of service I received form Compu-America.com! |
