Pretty good prices. Fairly good selection. Ok web site. Hard to find where to sign-up as being a first time customer as opposed to checking out as a guest. I didn't like it when you were out of stock of an item. I couldn't see the product description, specs or the price. It just referred me to a similar product. A customer should be able to see the product description etc. And then be informed that this product is out of stock, and if possible, let a person add their email address and be notified when the product is back in stock. At least tell the customer when the product is expected to be back in stock. Otherwise a pretty good shopping experience. Added note, 3/6/2012. Have not received my order yet. I ordered on Feb. 26 2012. No communication informing me of a delay or out of stock products. I finally did receive an email yesterday that my order had been shipped. I have been wondering the last few days where my order was. Unhappy with their communication. |

I found exactly what I wanted on their website, ordered online on Wed. and the product was here on Friday afternoon. I've subsequently ordered another product. Although it must have been back ordered, it shipped on the date promised and arrived two days later, as promised. It's also exactly what I wanted. It's like buying from someone in space. You know that there are people there at some point fulfilling orders, but as long as everything is OK, there is no interaction. |

There was an error processing my card (debit, was paid last Friday, zero chance of NSF), so I called in. After sitting on hold longer than I was willing to, I hung up & used Paypal instead (funded by same debit card, worked fine). Due to this, had to ship to home instead of work (a pain). Overall satisfied, but marginally. UPDATE: They were slow to get around to shipping it out, too. |
