I had some questions about an item I was interested in and contacted J&R by phone. Italked to a gentleman by the name of Jean and found him tobe very helpful. His customer service number is #46! When I did place my order, I missed indicating his number during the process. |

I go to this merchant for music because of their excellent cross-referencing. Their prices are good, and shipping is reliable. My only negative is low stock, but I guess that is the way the CD DVD music business is going. |

i go to j&r website first. they help and answer any questions. i have told others about this site.you can bet that they will receive orders in the future.THE DAY AFTER I PURCHASED THE CAMERA, IT WENT ON SALE...ONE CALL AND THE GIRLS WOULD CREDIT MY CC OR IN STORE CREDIT. I searched for this product through my Market America web portal. It said my price would be $399.99. Your website indicates that it is 549.99. I placed my order and am hoping that the price will be reduced to the Market America price of 399.99. J and R did apply a $10 discount. J & R Customer service said to check back about 40 minutes after the order was place and see if the final sale price would actually be changed to reflect the 399.99. Lets hope so. GB |

JR is always a convenient place to shop for tech gear at competitive prices. I like that your store usually ships much faster than some of the traditional NYC camera stores (specifically Adorama and B&H). |

In the store(s) and on-line, J&R is always first-rate in merchandise, price and service. I cannot remember a time in the past decade where I shopped anywhere but J&R or been anything other than 100% satisfied. Hurray for everyone at J&R and thanks! |
