Moderate, need improvement on services.. Retailer Response (04/30/2012): Good afternoon, I have tried reaching you by phone and have also sent out a few emails regarding your review posted. I see that you have placed two orders with Abes, one on October 8th and your product was shipped on the 10th and again April 1st and shipped on the 4th. I do not understand what moderate service needs improvement. Was the server slow at that time?, was the website confusing? was the tracking number sent out late? Best price on my TV, with free shipping. Only issue is they will call you and try to get you to buy extra stuff. But they don't hassle you that much. Otherwise the TV arrived fairly quickly and in perfect condition (especially considering it shipped from one coast to the other). |
