First experience with Doug of Abe's of Maine and it will most definitely not be my last! Doug and staff get it right as far as price, quality and customer service go! Not only did I get what I ordered, I got it very quickly. I actually ordered it on Wednesday and Doug expedited it to Hawaii via UPS free of charge by Friday! Wow. I also was given an exceptionally good price on all the items purchased. I did find a slight defect on the filter which was not Abe's of Maine's fault and they took care of it and me right away. It is so refreshing to know companies that are passionate about their customer do still exist. I would highly recommend Abe's to friends and family in a heartbeat! BTW to get Doug, dial his extension 205 and you will not be disappointed:->, promise! |

I couldn't get through via email so I decided to call in my order. I spoke with Steve who was extremely helpful with my purchase of a digital camera. It was a better quality camera and his expertice and suggestions were extremely helpful with easing my fears. I really love the camera and am sure the person who I am giving it to will love it as well. I will definetly return. |

After ordering the product I was advised that there would be a delay of several days for delivery. The client service team at Abe's of Maine went out of their way to explain the rationale and offer me a great deal to compensate for my delay.
