I had to read the fine lines where it said free shipping, and it wasn't free unless you bought some kind of service. |

Tigerdirect is my favorite online store (and I shop at many online stores). The prices are very competitive with most being the best deals on the web. The ordering and delivery are one of Tigerdircts key features for me. Item selection is also wonderful. Thank you Tigerdirect, I love you. |

If it were not for the issues I like about TD I would not have ordered again due to the problem with the item I ordered with a customer service rep's assistance, that turned out to be totally wrong. I am giving them one more chance; if this works out well I will try again, however, I will scan my sales receipt into my folders to make sure if I need to return anything I will have the receipt, so I cannot be stuck with the wrong item again and not be able to return it! |

Perhaps a bit terse with phone orders, but good service on-line and operator assist. I have placed other orders with this company and have been satisfied with them. |

It's a waste of time trying to find a better price. If I do see something cheaper on some other website, I'm suspicious. I never worry about anything I order from Tiger. I have been buying from Tiger for many years. The few problems that I have had were handled very quickly and professionally. When I have needed something that I couldn't find in the catalog, the sales people treated me like I was the most important customer in the world. You have earned my loyalty. Thank you all at Tigerdirect. |
