Thought something was wrong when this company did not have one review. I called to verify the price they advertised for the 512 Rambus Ram ECC. They had a price for the ram kit for $103.95 for 2 x 256 PC 800 ECC Retail. When I called they said they were out of that ram. Alrighty then. Stay away. |

I figured Id give these guys the benefit of the doubt considering there were only 2 reviews. 1 being positive & the other being negative. BIG MISTAKE. This company posted a 128MB of MMC on their site for $66. I couldn't believe it so I called to see if it was in stock. They confirmed, asked for my Credit Card, etc. & said the memory would be shipped to me in a few days. 5min later, they called to say the memory was out of stock, but they could get it for $170 from another vendor. Bait & Switch? |

These guys are clueless. They listed a Matrox G450 eTV at half what everyone else was charging. I should have known better, but ordered after talking to a customer service rep (he at least was very courteous and responsive.) I emphasized that what I was looking for was a card that would allow tuning TV. What I got was the dual-head G450 that only provides TV-out. It wasn't a bad price for that product, but it wasn't what I was looking for. |

I ordered a Corsair CMX5123200C2 memory and UPS delivered it in less then 5 days. Considering that I live in Canada I consider this an acceptable time. Their price for the memory I bought was correctly listed on their web site and everything went smooth. |

As of 10-15-02 they do not have this part. Kingston doesn't even have it. They will tell you differently when you call unless you ask them to verify. |

I ordered a motherboard, CPU, and RAM. CPU was a P3 1.1GHz with 512k cache. I ordered that one since I needed multiprocessor support. I received a P3 1.13GHz with 256 cache that doesn't support multiprocessing. First, the hours they have support/RMA is not acceptable. 9am ~ 3pm PST Second, I was told, they can ship the right one out but they can't pay for the shipping on the return of the wrong CPU. After talking a while I gave up, and paying for the return shipping. |

this was the worst experience I have ever had online. Pricegrabber should remove them from their list. sure you will get an OK price but you better not have ordered an item on back order or need to return it because they have no power. (Edited June 20th by iggyprints) purch 2 512 mb mem modules for my tablet pc 6 wks ago. totl purch was about $240. i was excited to get the ram because the price was $60 cheaper than the other competitors. i found out later why. the intern site said i would get my ram purch in about 2 wks by grnd. after the init 2 weeks, never got the pkg. 3 wks later i called and they said it was on back order. then 1 wk ltr, they told me they didnt have the order. fortun i have fraud on my cred crd. you'll regret it if you buy from them!!!. These guys are not only cluless but are kings of bait and switch. I ordered 2 memory sticks as advertised on their site, they billed my credit card immediately for the advertised price on an item they didn't have and couldn't get. They said they could deliver a suitable sub, I recieved 4 memory sticks with half the memory each, I returned them and they found something that works, but is advertised on their site for over $90 less then the original order. No refund pending either, stay away!!!! Retailer Response (06/24/2003): I would like to contact this customer in order to take care of his complaint. I would appreciate if you can provide me with information. Again, I need more information about this customer to find out about his order. As of right now i have no knowledge of this transaction |

All arrived next day today and already have it all installed and Hardware upgraded with the exception of one defective module (which they are shipping out today and have already provided a tracking number). No other vendor was able to provide all of the components I needed. With this company I just called with the model numbers, they cross referenced and saved me over $75K compared to Cisco Memory. Will definitely do business with them again. |

I have purchased from Memory4Less more than once. The first time, I bought a memory module that was not compatible with my new ASUS P-4 Motherboard. I returned the DDR and they replaced them without questions. I will definitely use them again. In fact, I just ordered a memory upgrade for my laptop. They are a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended. |

First purchase, Memory4Less' vendor shipped incorrect part, error was resolved promptly by 2nd shipment. This rates a 3 at best. However, the customer service is a 5, so I've averaged the overall rating to 4, because both are important. Spoke to 4 people in this organization, all are polite, professional, and very responsive. I have added this vendor to my purchasing database and will contact them again in the future. |
