The price of this item was the most competitive I have found and the reviews I read were right on target. The SONY TV was delivered two days after I ordered it and is exactly as promised. I'm impressed and will certainly use Vann's again. |

Only thing I might suggest is if the staff could do some research to let potential shoppers know if compatibility with earlier receivers is an issue (in this case would the Yamaha YDS-12 ipod dock substitute for a YDS-10. the model indicated by Yamaha for the earlier RX-V series receivers owner's manuals but now is outmoded). |

I have used Vanns several times in the past, always prompt and accurate, never had a problem, however this time UPS really screwed up! I ordered a pair of speakers, one was delivered on Friday and the other on Monday even though their tracking system said both items were on the truck and scheduled to be delivered on Friday. Also the boxes were in terrible shape, thank God Polk packaged them well. |
