I ordered a dvd burner listed as NEW. What they sent me was a USED one. Original box had been literally ripped open. The plastic packaging containing software and instructions was cut open. One of the discs was missing. Something is rattling around inside the dvd burner. (They are also passing themselves off as itdeal.com.) False advertising and misrepresentation at its best! Avoid at all costs! |

I bought an ipod touch. I was under the impression that it was new. When I got it I could tell that it had been used. Don't know if it was refurbished or if it was just used. Shipping was super fast which was awesome! I really wanted to give them a high rating because that's what I do. But I'm disappointed and feel the item was misrepresented. |

I have no overall complaints with the company besides the terrible condition the products I have ordered have arrived in. The first motherboard I ordered was DOA and the second was packed so half-assed that the southbridge heatsink was bent and the anti-static bag had been punctured in a number of places. Customer service representatives, however, are polite and capable of basic problem solving. Both times the product stretched to its longer time estimates for arrival. I will not be ordering from, nor speaking highly of, this company in the near future. |

The price was just what I was looking for, and shipping charges were graduated for multiple items ordered. Example: one DVD-ROM shipped for about $8.00, while the four I ordered shipped for $10.69. This is not universal within the industry. Since I am just getting my computer-repair business off the ground, shipping costs figure heavy into my buying decisions. Thank you Hyper Microsystems!!! |

Product was not as pictured on PriceGrabber site or as described on merchant site (described as CF II interface when actually very-hard-to-match ZIF-35 interface). Cost and hassle to ship back probably not worth it. I guess they win unless you don't buy from them. |

i will not ever go back to this website, they sold me a USED battery that was for sale as new. they will not reimburse all my costs involved in buying the item, having it shipped and the costs of sending back to them. hypermicro expects me to take a loss when the sold a misrepresented product. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE, I am very dis-pleased!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Order was cancelled by Hyper Microsystems, however I was not notified. Looking at there website showed the order as authorized. I did not find out it was cancelled until I sent an email to customer service. They have not yet said why it was cancelled. |

Very Bad customer service. I purchased a Dell mp3 player. When I recived the item, it looked like a used piece, but it was never mentioned in the website that its an open item. The ear phone pin did not match with the player, when I called the customer service the only solution they gave was that its not their mistake, and I should pay for a expedited shipping and return the item to them and then they will check it. I won't suggest this website to anyone nor would I purchase an item again from them. |
