After looking at a variety of low priced murchants and finding grey market or referbished cameras with dubious or no warantees provided , I contacted 17th Street and got a USA fully waranteed camera with no missing components at a price that actually beat the "low cost" guys. There were no hidden charges, no hard sell, just great service at a great price and very fast shipping. I ordered on Monday and the camera was shipped the same day and it arrived on Tuesday. Outstanding! |

What a great experience. I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon and received the notice that it had been shipped on Monday with a delivery date of Wednesday. I did not get any calls trying to sell me something else and the order arrived when they said it would and with everything in the package brand new with USA Warranty and ready to go. Thanks again. |

Great experience. The package tracker was useless however. I was still trying to get info. from it when package arrived. Quick delivery 2 business days. Product is as described and shopping here saved $100.00 over shopping at Walmart. |

I was a little bit leary about using an online store for a camera and lens. I've seen enough warnings about "some" of the online stores. 17Photo seemed well rated so I tried them. I was extremely impressed with their site. I had one minor change to the order, called in(the 800 number was easily found), and received great service. I won't hesitate using them again. PS-it was a nice touch that when the order was sent out, tracking info was automatically sent to my email. |

Great price for the camera I've been waiting for. Product arrived promptly. Fed Ex tracking showed exactly when product would arrive. Trustworthy merchant. Would buy from them again. |

very polite customer service (I received a phone call with a question about my address), I was very happy with the price and there was free shihpping! I have purchased everything from Nikon cameras (D70 and D80), lenses to accessories and every time this seller has been first rate. No sales pressure and for the big cost items purchased online they will call to check that it was indeed you that placed the order. All orders were shipped within 1-2 days following my online orders. It has my highest recommendation ! |

I ordered online on 1/8/08 for expedited (1 day delv). Order was confirmed via email. Approx 1.5 hrs later "Dov" sent me an email that I needed to confirm order. I wasn't sitting around @ my computer waiting for an email that I didn't know was coming. I called the minute I read the email (@ approx 10:30pm @ night) & replied 2 the email, they were closed. Called next day 2 be sure I'd still be receive shipment, spoke 2 "Dov" & he lied saying he tried to call. My # was listed 3 times in the order! |

It's my fault that I waited til Wednesday after 9 PM to order, but I wish the shipping dates were clearer. I was afraid to pay the $35 for 2 day air because I didn't know if I would get it on Friday 12/22, Saturday 12/23 or not til Monday 12/24. So I chose the ground option and now I won't have it for the holidays and I don't know how long ground shipping will take... but it's okay. I should have ordered it Monday. I got a great price and I trust 17th Street Photo. |

Would do business with this merchant again, anytime. They indicate any orders received prior to 3:00 pm EST will be shipped same day. Order was placed 2:45 PM and was in the UPS system that evening, can't ask for better service. |

What a great merchant with whom to deal...previous reviews rating their personal attention, accuracy and speed were right on. I'll use them again when the need arises. Their prices are also among the best, but the pleasure of doing business exceeds any price advantage. |

These guys are great! Lighting fast service even at Christmas time. I placed my order on Friday and received it the following Monday. My order was correct and exactly as I expected. By far one of the best internet shopping experiences ever! I would highly recommend them and will use them again. |
