Ordered "compatible" drum for laser printer, but it was not the same quality as manufacturer part. The compatible product was about half the price, but lasted half as long, so I actually didn't save money. However, product arrived promptly, but the quality is below par. Website is easy to use. |

I am very please with my ordering experience so far. The prices or great and I like the fact that shipping is free. I do not know how good the product is I have not recievied it yet. But if it is of good quality I will defintely be using this site again. |

I had trouble placing my order as my credit card was rejected. I finally called the order department by telephone. I was told the zip code on my order should only be 5 digits (nothing after). As soon as I deleted the 4 numbers in the zip code, the order went through. The problem was that information was automatically placed on the order, if I did the entering, I would have just put 94121 and not 94121-1906. The telephone operator was very cooperative. Thanks. |

I have ordered from Databazaar several times and usually don't have any problems and their shipments are always quick. This time was the same except that I could not remember my password and when I requested a new one to be sent to my email, I waited and waited with no answer so I had to set up a new account or just order as a quest. I don't know what happened with the password request, but I couldn't wait any longer to place the order. Other then that, everything was great.. Keep up the awesome job. |

I bought a 2-pack of HP94 compatible cartridges. The first cartridge worked OK, but my HP all-in-one printer was not able to report the remaining ink level. This was a trade-off I was willing to accept for the low-cost knock-off ink. Unfortunately, the second cartridge was dead on arrival. The printer could not recognize it and would not print with the defective cartridge. When I contacted DataBazaar for a refund, they said they could not help me because their 30-day return period had expired. Am I supposed to install and test all of the cartridges in a multi-pack upon receipt? That doesn't make any sense. To sum up, I feel they do not stand behind their merchandise. |
