I was confused when efforts to gain trackin info. via the links initially offered indicated that I had no current order. I DID receive prompt help when I sent an email request! I was not too happy at finding scratches, rust, and chipped paint on portions of my order - a better condition would have made for a more satisfying order. |

I think that it was very easy to order, but putting in your info without knowing the shipping costs!! I would prob not order here again, but I love the desk. Retailer Response (07/20/2006): Thank you for your order. We are actively working on integrating our shipping manager into our store. This will allow our customers to calculate the freight before they place their order. The problem we have had before is that we want to provide our customers with the lowest pricing on shipping and, to do that, we had to provide manual quotes. Since we have had much feedback from customers about wanting it on the site immediately, we have started implementing our shipping manager immediately. |

Well organized and easy to use, if a bit sparse on product details. Seems like a good large-volume merchant. Shipping is on the slow side, though, so don't expect a quick turn-around on orders. |

Very easy and quick.My only complaint was with FedEx. The carton that the chair was brought in looked like it had been jumped on a few times. It was falling apart and taped and retaped. Luckily, the chair itself was not broken. You might think of using another carrier. Even the US mail would be better. |

the purchaseis always the easy part its the customer service that isnt so good with this company. this is our 2nd chair and the first one came in with some issues and the service was horrible. i tried to call in 3 times and sat on hold for 15-20 min each time. The lady was not very nice and the policy to return was not satisfactory when it was a manufacturers error. I wanted to return it for another one like i just ordered but she said i could only replace parts or have pay for the return. Retailer Response (08/22/2006): I'm sorry for your delays with our customer service. We pride ourselves with offering world class customer service and are hiring people daily. We experienced a tremendous and unexpected jump in customers over the past 2 months and we are aggressively adding new people to assist our current customer service reps in assisting our customers. We have significantly reduced our hold times but if for some reason you reach us during a busy period, please feel free to email us and we will respond the same day. |

Just one thing, when I put some chairs in the check-out area, I wanted to continue shopping from the list of chairs and it wouldn't go back to the list - it just went back to the description of the chairs I ordered. The chairs look great and with no shipping charges, even better! |

Online experince is fine. As far a getting your order, that's where it all falls apart. I am currently at day 13 and still waiting on my order. I can't even find out the status of my order. Called customer service after a week had past, was on hold for 30 minutes before a rep answered. All she could tell me was that she would email the manufacturer and call me back. That was 6 days ago and no call back. Emailed their customer service dept. (Site said the would respond in a few hours). That was 6 days ago also and still no response. Emailed and then tried to call them again today and the phone line is down. You got to be kidding, the phoneline is out of service???????? Steer clear of these guys. This is the worst online experience I've ever had. |

I ordered tables from this merchant. They have been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. All of my tables arrived damaged because they were packaged in a thin cardboard box with no support, so they moved around loosely in the box. I have made many contacts over the past month to return the tables and get a refund. All I get is the run around. Each time I call, I'm on hold for 20-30 minutes, I get transferred to a person who gives me a false name (they make up names so when you ask for them later, they have no idea who you are talking about), the person who I start to deal with quits their job (happened three times), or I get many promises that I will get a call back TODAY only to never get a call (happened five times). They have no intention of keeping any promises they make to help you. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT order from them. I wish I had read the reviews online before I did. |

BEWARE!!!! If you order and find that you need to return a product, there is a very shady return policy. First, they will charge you back the cost of the original shipping they promised as FREE, then over 5 chairs they will charge you an additional 35% yes folks thats right 35% restocking fee even if the product was never even opened. Also, you foot the cost to return ship.. These people are shady, very shady....so buyer BEWARE! Retailer Response (12/31/2006): We are sorry for the inconvience you incurred while trying to return your products. First off, I just want to mention that all of our policies are designed to keep our prices as low as possible for our customers. Secondly, all of our return policies are clearly stated on our checkout page. If an item was shipped to you free, you are responsible for the return shipping and the original shipping if you decide to return it. This is akin to ordering an item on Amazon, paying $10 to ship it, and then returning it. You loose the $10. Regarding the restocking fee, this helps protect ourselves from customers who may order 50 chairs and then decide to return them. We always recommend that if you have a larger order, to order a sample chair before proceeding with the order. |

You had what I wanted and your price, when you figured in free shipping, was the lowest! Shipping was slow. It took 3 days before the item shipped from you (order Dec 11th and shipped Dec 14th). Est delivery was Dec 19th, but it arrived on Dec 20th). Still, it was free shipping. |

ordering material is simple and efficient, however, beware of what you think you are getting as the return policy is a nightmare. It is very difficult to analyze the comfort level of these chairs and you may be disappointed. Retailer Response (12/31/2006): We understand that ordering a chair can be difficult so we offer a 60 day return policy to ensure you are fully satisfied. |
