This is the first time I dealt with US1 camera and am pleased to say it won't be my last. I was fortunate to deal with a salesman, Mickey, who was thoroughly knowledgeable on the product I was interested in. The shipping took a little longer than Iexpected but I do attribute that to the Christmas Holiday and the snow. They did promise it before Christmas and it did arrive on Dec 24th at 6 pm. Everyone was courteous and filled my order correctly. I am very pleased with the product and the price was the best one offered for this camera. |

BEWARE!! US1Photo 'Free Shipping' is NOT FREE This is a real review by a real US1Photo customer. Not a fake 1-liner happy message by their own employees. I ordered a Canon 580EX II flash that was advertised at $385 with free shipping on the US1Photo website. I got email confirming $0.00 for shipping. This was followed by email asking me to call 877-300-5070 to verify. After about 10 tries, I got through and it was high pressure up-sell for rechargeable batteries. I was told that the flash would drain alkalines after 10 shots. I refused the offer and as he was hanging up, the US1Photo employee quickly said the price would be $399. I sent email telling them I did not want it at $399 and do not ship. They got the message but shipped it anyway and charged me $399. Their next email explained that the extra charge was for handling and insurance, not shipping. NEVER AGAIN. |

I got a call the next morning from a service rep who was very helpful in explaining my options and helping me get what I need. They promise that the camera will be here even sooner than I needed it, which is very helpful and appreciated. I would recommend this merchant to a friend because they have low prices, prompt service, and knowledgeable people working for them. |

Fast, smooth transaction. Victor called to verify my order within an hour after I placed it. He suggested a couple of items to go with what I ordered, which I already had covered. Wasn't pushy at all about it. Since I was a repeat customer, he offered to upgrade me to express shipping and waived the insurance charge. Two seperate purchases, two smooth transactions. Who can complain about that? |

The ordering process with US1Camera went very smoothly. The only problem I had was that they would no longer take American Express as a form of payment. Other than that everything went well. The price on the lens I was buying was the lowest I could find anywhere on the internet so I would recommend US1Camera. |

I purchased a Canon EOS 50D camera with an EF-S lense. I was called after I made my order and the salesman offered a 3-year U1000 warranty, which I purchased. I was asked if there was anything else that I needed such as a memory card etc but I declined. The salesman suggested I opt for the Fedex shipping so I would receive my camera faster - so I changed my shipping. I was not offered an extra battery for free as some mentioned; but when I called back to review my order on December 29th, the salesperson did offer to send an extra battery without shipping charge. I declined the additional purchase. When I called to get my questions answered, the US1Photo representative was helpful and professional. I was told that I was shipped the newer 2010 Canon model and software, which I haven't verified yet, but so far no complaints. I ordered on November 22nd and my items arrived on December 31st. The price for a new camera and lense of these models were the best I have found so far. |

(Edited January 03rd by cjmm45) They are a total scam and will not ship for the advertised price nuless you purchase accessories. Ordered a camera for $730 and it is out of stock but they now have it at almost $900 and it is in stock thats Bait and Switch and against the law. Buyer Beware |

I thought I had done my homework when I ordered a Sony DSLR A230 but I hadn't. This camera does not have "Live View", so there was no using the lcd screen to compose photos. My wife didn't like that fact and found that the A330 did have the option. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for customer service, they agreed for me to replace the A230 for the A330 only charging the difference in price. Thank you James! |

Ordered the Canon EOS 7D, which US 1 Photo recently dropped their price to the lowest I'd seen by far. Ordering was very easy on their web site, and shortly after placing the order, I received a call from James to confirm the order, check if I needed anything else (I didn't) and James voluntarily added some freebie accessories and expedited the shipping a few days. Hopefully, I will receive the camera in a few days. So far, the experience with US 1 Photo has been excellent. |
