Bruce emailed me to confirm my order personally, which in this day and time is unheard of...this made me immediately feel more comfortable with my online purchase...I called and talked directly with Bruce who then recommended some creative ways to use a combination of current discounts available to enabled me to upgrade and add accesories, plus free upgraded shipping...I can't wait to get my new camera! |

Buyer Beware! This is a bush league outfit. I ordered a Nikon D5000 which their website said was in stock. The next day a salesman called to confirm my order and to try to sell me exorbitantly overpriced accessories. He then told me the order would cost $15 more for shipping insurance, a fee not reported on line and one I have never had to pay anywhere else before. They said they would ship in 5-7 days, and then tried to charge my credit card that day. When my credit card company refused the charge, in order to check with me first because of the high dollar amount, US1Photo e-mailed me to ask that I call their business office to resolve the matter. Curiously, their business office answering machine said they were "closed," even though I called during what they said were their business hours. I had had enough. I then responded to their e-mail that I was cancelling my order. A call from customer service became argumentative when I tried to explain my dissatisfaction and I hung up. |

He also offered me a free battery with charger and free expressed shipping. He said, he will make sure I would get the camcoder before newyear to shoot my newborn. He offered excellent customer service. I have to wait and see how good the US1camera in keeping their words. |

But more the string of empty promises. We called to check on the order every week and were promised a call back with the Tracking Number within an hour of each inquiry. We would of accepted the fact that supplies were short and would have stuck it out considering the savings. In an attempt to compensate us for the delay they sent us a multitude of inferior products that would cost only a few dollars on the streets of Hong Kong. |

(Edited December 31st by Aeryfour) Updated 12/31: They issued a credit for the camera (2 business days turned into 7), but not without harassing me and lying about the order process. Do some research before using this company. My experience is very similar to a lot of other people out there. Do you notice how after a couple of bad ratings, three brand new members joined pricegrabber and decided to give them a great rating? All three of them have similar user names. Research has showed me that they copy and paste good ratings from other sites.
Their Better Business Bureau rating is an F. I would give them an F-. Their good deals on cameras are a scam. I ordered a Canon EOS T1i kit from them on 12/3. They billed me 12/6. No tracking information given. Finally got through to someone 12/23 and they told me the post office screwed up and I wouldn't get my camera at all. They have yet to credit my account. They should be dropped from pricegrabber. Retailer Response (12/29/2009): We shipped out this order 3 days after it was placed but USPS had damaged this package and we were sold out on this camera the last 2 weeks of the holiday season so we couldn't get the customer another one but we have credited his credit card the same day we spoke to him about it and here is the Transaction ID = 2772191720 for the refund. |

My credit card was billed on 12/11/09 for my purchase. I did not get my confirmation e-mail with my tracking number so I e-mailed US1Camera. US1 Camera responded right away with my shipping information, and I received my camera nine business days later from my order date. Before I made my purchase, I shopped around and found out US1 Camera had the best price and was cheaper than many big box retail stores for the same item. My order arrived in a brand new sealed box, and I love my camera. Before I ordered my camera, I did read some of the reviews on US1 Camera. Overall, my order process with US1 camera was positive. I would order from them again. |

Victor contacted me the following day to verify my order and explain the options. He pointed out that the standard battery only has an average of 30 minute operation time and that there was a buy one, get one incentive on batteries. |

I read that my order would be processed for shipping within 24-72 hours. I went to track this item after waiting over 6 business days only to find out the order had not been shipped. I then requested for them to send this out overnight at their expense and they refused. The only reason they gave me for not shipping it out within the original time I read about, was they were very busy and could not get it sent. Very poor customer service. I would not reccommend using this company. |

What a ripoff. Do not buy their "kits" or any accessories. You will pay two to three times more for their junk. And good luck with "customer service." They put you on hold permanently, or give you a message that their service department is closed, even though the call is placed during business hours. These people are running a racket, and they write (or copy) their own positive reviews. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. |

Very poor customer service. Was told twice, over a week, that the product had shipped when it hadn't, after complaining it was eventually shipped and arrived a day later. So, A+ on delivery when it did ship, but F on dealing with orders and customers. I think this is more to do with them being back logged, but lying to your customers isn't the best way to win them over. |

I ordered a CanonT1i and a Canon SX200 using US1photo. The next day I got a call from them saying that their American Express machines were not working and that they needed another credit card to process the order. Imagine that! If I use American Express credit cards then I get an additional 1 Year warranty which I don't get with other cards. I had to cancel my order. |

Usually I don't write reviews but this interaction was SO good that I have to write one for them. Everything about this deal that I got was SUPERB. I got the Canon Rebel Deal from US1Camera and believe me I have been looking around for EVER for this deal. They really had the best deal going. They gave me SO many other things with the camera and the lens, all for $1000. I got the super zoom IS lenses (18-55 and 55-250), and lens cap holders, tripod, mini-tripod, lens cleaner kit, microfilm screen protector,lens holders, SD card reader, memory card wallet, flash, remote and even a nice bag to keep everything in. James, the person who called me to confirm this order even put in an upgrade for me for the class 6 SD card in it. The package arrived in 2 business days and considering I bought it on Thanksgiving Friday, that's an AWESOME response time. Everything is packaged so well and its all in mint condition. I would highly recommend shopping with them to anyone |
