Ordered online for SONY PC101 for $986. They sent e-mail ask me to call and they told me the total will be $1060. I told them I don't want that insurance charge, the sale rep told me I have to talk with manager. They put me on hold and cut my line off. Then few mins later they sent e-mail said they confirm my order for $1060!!! I didn't confirm anything on that at all. |

This site had EXACTLY what i wanted in stock, a Minolta DiMage7i. ofcourse he tried selling me on an extended warantee package which i guess is standard practice in this buisness since there is no 'sales counter' to put POP stuff on to entice the consumer but once i told him my budget was allready maxed for this purchase he let off. all in all other than having to telephone a confirmation the sale was fine. |

I recently ordered a Canon Elura 40MC from us1camera.com. I placed the order over the phone to ensure in-stock status and my experience was excellent. There was no high pressure or attempt to upsell accessories (sole question: "Do you want an extra battery for that?") and we received one of the lowest prices we could find anywhere for this item. We paid for 2-day shipping the item shipped the same day we ordered it and arrived two days later. I definitely recommend them. |

Ordered online for TOSHIBA Satellite 5105-S501 Notebook for $1,798.00 and received order confirmation with the amount total of $1,847.99(plus shipping). I got an e-mail the next day ask me to call and told me the total should be $2,055.00 because of the additional insurance charge and the to-be purchaser claimed rebate. The final is I cancelled the order and paid a little extra to purchase from another reputable online store. |

Very competitive price on Sony DSC-S75 camera, quick shipping and no problems with merchanidise. Only compaint is the persistant salesman confirming the order and selling me accessories for a "great deal". I called back an hour later when I found out I could get better stuff cheaper with free shipping directly from Sony online. They said the it was too late to change my order. |

This merchant offered the best delivered price for my Canon PowerShot G2. In response to my questions, I was told it was a US model, in stock and would be shipped promptly. I paid approximately $35 for 3-day delivery to California. I declined any additional items and was not harassed. No insurance charges either. I tracked the camera's shipping and it arrived when expected. It is, indeed, a US model and everything that Canon includes with a new G2 was included. No complaints here! |

I ordered a DCR-PC101 from this site. I got a confirmation email showing the advertised price for the product and the shipping charge. Later, I got another email asking me to call them to confirm. Only at this time was I told about a "3.9% insurance charge" for shipping. It was NOT even mentioned in their confirming email. Must be nice to be able to add profit arbitrarily through a scam like this. Folks, accepting these bogus charges allows disreputable people like these to stay in business. |

When I reconfirmed the order there was some additional sales pressure for additional items, but when I said no they were professional and stopped. The buying experience was excellent and I will use them again in the future. |

BAIT & SWITCH......A confirmation e-mail gave me the price of the computer & shipping..BUT !!! Wanted to confirm the order by phone...I was then hit with an additional 2.5% insurance charge and a $100 higher price (a mfr rebate that I can mail in)..SUPRISE!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS MERCHANT. I dont like the business ethic. |

Bad customer service I ever have. Ordered in stock items. Confirmed by phone saying in stock. Didn't ship on promising day. Called them again. Shippment delay. Want to cancel. They said "I don't have time for you. Call back later". They only have time for the people who wants to place the order! |

The online price was higher once I placed the order. I was contacted by e-mail to verify the order, then they wanted a phone call. When I called, they raised the price and hit me with a hidden insurance fee of 3%. When it was all done, I paid a lot more than was posted. This is the first time I have been ripped off with an online purchase. US1Camera has taught me an expensive lesson $$$ |

Good service and very competitive price. After placing the order online, I received an e-mail and a phone call to confirm my order. When I called the store to confirm, I received an additional sales pitch for lens attachment for the G2. But when I said that I wasn't interested at this time, the salesman stopped immediately and didn't persist. Overall, I had a positive buying experience with this store and will buy from them again. |

The next time I need a camera or camera accessories I would definitely consider US1 Camera. The price I recently paid for my Sony P9 digital camera was well below suggested retail. Email confirmation for purchase, receipt and shipping was timely. US1 Camera made my online purchase a pleasure. I highly recommend them for online camera purchasing. |

Like many others, I had problems with shipment. US1 delayed payment, emailed me to call them, then tried to sell me items I did not want, offered already on the website. Delivery took over two weeks. Not acceptable. They delayed shipment many days after I refused sale of other items. |

I ordered a Sony DSC-TRV18 video camera. The price was great though I did have to call and experience a little pressure to buy a battery. I turned down the offer and received the camera on the expected day. I haven't called technical support or anything but I am very pleased with how it turned out. |

I recently purchased a Sony laptop and found US1 to have the best price, although I found their pricing a tad misleading because it included the price AFTER the rebate (they said there was fine print, but in an age of online purchasing I think that is an unacceptable response). They were very easy to work with on the phone and very efficient in getting my model to me. My only other disappointment was that their salesperson on the phone rushed me a little bit and wasn't proactive with advice. |

My husband recently purchased the Power Shot Canon G2 Digital Camera here. They offered accessory packages but didn't push it on us and glad we opted for the accessories as it completely rounded out our purchase. There was a question on the size of the camera bag but one phone call and without hesitation the situation was fixed with great speed and satisfaction. We will make all future purchases thru US1. |

The Customer service is extremely rude, even when I tried to confirm my order, they hung up on my twice, rudely. They are no better than all of those New York Scam stores, probably even worse. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. |
