All contact I had with customer service was prompt but there was basic information that most websites provide when you order online that Camcor does not. For example they did not tell me the expected shipping date until I asked for it. One other thing to watch for is that they may tack a freight charge onto your price. They may have that somewhere on the website but I didn't see it until I received a confirmation email and even then it was a couple of days before I was told my final total. I prefer to be told shipping and tax prices as I'm checking out not after I've made the purchase. |

Webpage was very easy to navigate. Friendly sales reps. Bill helped me with my order, very helpful, repeated all my information back to me, told me what to expect next. Had a tracking numbers a few hours after I placed my order. Package arrived on time and was well packed. |

My only complaint is that my order didn't get delivered on time. I paid $23 for next day by 10 am. The Camcor folks told me it would be by 4:30 PM (not sure why I didn't get my shipping reduced to the $21 rate). My package came after 5:30, and I wasn't able to use the lens at my photo shoot that day. That was pretty disappointing. |

I have ordered headphones for my computer lab several times and have had a few difficulties with the equipment. Once the faulty headphones were replaced promptly and on another occasion I ordered the wrong ones. I called and was given a return authorization and the salesman helped me find the correct headphones. I am very pleased with the service and products. |
