I ordered the camera for use in our school office. I was disappointed that a memory card was not included . A camera costing $254.99 should have at least a small card included. We were unable to test the camera until we bought a memory card. |

The only problem I have is with the actual product I received. The product worked once after installing new batteries but failed me the following day at an important event that I was shooting the following day. Still not sure why! |

One MAJOR problem we have run into...We have G5 Macintosh computers and the install CDs are for PCs...can we get a MAC cd...we run Final Cut Pro 5 and can't get the information to transfer from the harddrive in the printer onto the computer..or picture and NO sound...any suggestions that can help us out? The only disappointment I had was that the camera did not come with a USB chord. I'm not sure if the customer service rep knew this or not. Otherwise, the camera is exactly what I wanted and needed. |
