My batteries had stopped holding a charge - lasting 5 minutes at the most. I googled the battery name and number, hit "enter", and clicked on the Camcor website. Problem solved, aggravation over, happiness reigns at our house. Thanks Camcor, for a totally enjoyable, understandable experience replacing my Crestron remote batteries. |

Lots of follow up from this company. I haven't received the order yet, but we are in a remote location, so it's not an issue. Shipping total was not available at time of purchase also due to our location. Overall an extremely positive experience. I was called by a rep immediately to let me know the shipping would have to be quoted later. Customer service seems to be better than most companies we deal with! |

Great customer service. This item is hard to find..all the big photo shops were out of stock. Bill was very helpful. He even went and pulled the item off the retail floor immediately to be sure they could ship that day and then called back to verify that item was on his desk. I ordered on Tuesday and the UPS delivered it on Friday. Price was good and the lens is a USA with full warentee. I was very impressed with Camcor.com. |

Tremendous customer service getting order placed. Only trouble I had was UPS driver misread street address so package was delivered a day later than schedule. No complaints about Camcor though. |

This order was crossing from USA to Canada. Vendor responded to our special shipping needs to reduce our customs charges by shipping by USPS rather than courier. |

In the 17 years that I have been in my current position as the ITV Manager for the Polk County Public Schools in Central Florida I have rarely experienced the level of customer service that Camcor provides through our two contacts, Rodney Bailey and Sonny Powell. Because of their prompt and efficient service, and because of your company's automatic order confirmation/e-mail confirmation,Camcor will continue to receive a large part of our A/V business. |

I had trouble because my battery did not fit the charger, Grant Hamilton spent extra time with me and also consulted with others employees to help me solve my problem. I really appreciate the extra effort he spent on my behalf. |

UPDATE: They did work to make things right. I'm still disappointed not to have had the correct product, but they did do as much as they could.
Original:
They shipped me film that was past it's "develop by" date. it expired in June 2007, it's currently Aug 2007.
I know that it's probably fine, but there was no indication of it being expired on the website.
