I'm just a little confused as to why Price Grabber/Consumer Reports shows a 1 star rating for this vendor. If you scroll down through the reviews, the majority of them are 4 to 5 stars. I ordered my printer at a ridiculously low price (kind of made me nervous) but they came through with flying colors. I think there is something wrong with the ratings calculator on this site. I am going to buy a duplicate printer from them for my daughters new house. They will get another 5 star rating at that point. |
