I purchased a North Face Jacket from O2Gearshop. I received a prompt response from customer service advising me that my item was not in stock and they quickly accomodated me with the same jacket in a different size. The prices are unbeatable and I will do business again. |

I ordered a patagonia down sweater jacket for my daughter but heard that they tend to run smallish... I used the online chat and the salesperson confirmed. I was looking for new k2 skis, and O2gearshop.com had the best prices by almost $150! I was really surprised. We called to ask a couple questions about the skis and shipping. While we were on the phone, they offered us a code for $30 off the skis too. They shipped quickly, and we had them ready for the next weekend on the mountain. Highly recommend! |

I have made numerous purchases from o2gearshop and I have noticed a general pattern. 1. Find an item I would like to purchase often at another e-retailer. 2. Remember to check o2gearshop before purchasing. 3. Find the same item at a much better price. The customer service folks are knowledgeable and very helpful. The only cons (very minor) I can think of are that the website is not as user friendly as some and sometimes it might take a couple of days longer to get certain items, but the savings are worth it. Make sure you check out o2gearshop.com before purchasing any gear elsewhere. |
