I am in between on my rating, I ordered two products. The first jacket came within the shipping dates that they told me. The second jacket never showed. I was told three seperate times that it was going to ship the following day. After 3 weeks, I checked the status online where it finally said it was suspended and I was being offered other colors. Not happy, because I didn't really like the colors offered and wanted the one I ordered. So, I settled on a color and am waiting patiently for it to still arrive. At least I have a tracking number so I know that it is on its way. Customer Service was always pleasant to talk with at least. |

It took a little while for my order to ship (6 business days), but when I sent an inquiry, o2gearshop got back to me and expedited the order, so I got it 3 days later. That seemed reasonable to me. Also, they offered the best price I could find on the backpack I purchased and it arrived in good condition, etc. I would use them again with confidence. |

Summary : Only recommended for people who can wait 30+ days for the unbeatable prices. Otherwise, because of Adam P, this will be a Christmas my Dad will never forget!!!! Excellent customer service (aside from time to deliver) Oct 21 Orderred my skis and THEN read all the horrible reviews. Was VERY uneasy!! After 20 days I discoverred my Nordica Hot Rod 74 had been over orderred and were no longer available. Adam P went ABOVE AND BEYOND to meet my needs and made very big promisses! Nov 23 still had not received my order. Contacted Adam P again, my skis were sent next day within 3 hours. My skis were not what Adam and I had agreed upon. In fact they were BETTER. They were 2cm longer than the 176 I had orderred. This model only came in 170 and 178. I probably would have taken the 170 if I had a choice, but I guess it's for the best, just means my dad will have to be a liiiiiiiiitle more aggressive :D Thanks Adam. (I'll talk to you about those boots after he opens his xmas present). |

I have bought from these folks multiple times, and I would not hesitate to do so again. I would also recommend them to anyone who is into outdoor gear. Their prices are typically the best you can find! They also often have killer bonuses if you purchase a certain amount. O2GS is tops. |

I love browsing through the o2gearshop outlet. I have found some great deals on ski pants and fleece jackets by high end name brands (from the previous season). The service was fantastic and the items arrived in the time frame promised with original price tags still attached. I frequently return! Great prices on great products. |

I wish I found this site years ago. They had the best price (by far) for last seasons skis in a variety of models. The ones I purchased were going for at least $50 more USED elsewhere. I could not be happier with the brand new skis I received at such a low price. Shipping was a little delayed from the quote, but the skis arrived in perfect condition and were a great deal. Looking forward to my next purchase! |

They had to change my order because they ran out of an item 8 days after I ordered it. 14 days after that, I called to ask why my order hadn't been shipped. They said it was delayed due to Thanksgiving, which was long passed. After 22 days of waiting, I never received an order and it took me over 40 minutes to get through to an operator to cancel my order. These people just suck. Terrible to deal with. Retailer Response (12/17/2010): We apologize for the delay in your order. With the holidays were doing everything in our power to get all orders out ASAP. We have experienced delays from manufacturers as well as weather delays via Fed ex and UPS. We would have been more than willing to expedite the order to you. |

I would suggest paying for rapid shipping if you need your item very soon. I saved money on the free shipping, but received my item the day before I left on my trip almost 2 weeks after I ordered it. The stress of not knowing if my item would arrive was not worth the money I saved on free shipping. This is the only negative comment I can give. The email responses that I got back were prompt, and I saved 50% off retail price on my item!!! I will use this company again, but will be wary of the free shipping. |
