This company didn't have a rating but I decided to try them out anyway. Bad move. It turns out that they don't have the drives that they say are "available" and they charge different prices on their website. When you deal with this company "Buyer Beware". |

I've dealt with a # of online retailers in the past and the trade off for getting good price has always been non-existant customer service. Much to my suprise that wasn't the case at all with the CTI store. Not only did they have an item in stock that i've been searching days for. I recieved a phone call the very next day with a tracking # and total invoice amount. I'd reccomend this company to anyone. |

My first purchase with CTI went much better than most online retailers I have dealt with. When I called, I got a person that could help me. Got the best price I could find on an RM8000 and they even matched the best price I had gotten for 8 200GB HD's. Will definetely be the first place I go back to for future purchases. Thier customer service should be a standard that online retailers try to achieve. |

NEVER buy anything from this incompetent organization. They quote incorrect prices and shipping costs and do not honor the transactions (even with a valid invoice/receipt). Then they make no effort to match another price and "make it right". Incompetence and VERY poor customer satisfaction skills are the best words to describe this "company". |

Placed my order on the 24th. Got my first UPS note on my door on the 27th. Not bad, huh. And I went with the cheapest shipping they were offering. One thing I did not like is their order tracking system. On their web site you are allowed to place an order w/o creating an account, but there's no way to check your order w/o a login... Overall, I'm pleased. |

Quick shipping but horrible service. Ordered a ULTRATRAK RM15000 it arrived quickly but one of the drive carriers was defective. After 4 phone calls I'm told I must submit a web form for service. The response from the web form, contact the manufacturer. |

Ordered an iPod. Received an email that it had been shipped. After 2 weeks, emailed to get status. Never had been shipped, earlier email mistake ... no apology, no message, except ... we won't charge your credit card until its shipped. What about shipping the Product? I cancelled the order. |

(Edited September 04th by irenenyq) I placed an order for ipod 15GB. They put my order in back-ordered at that time and tell me when they will have the product like the ETA. When CTI has the product in stock, they send me an iPod right away. I think their customer supports are professional and quick. If you want to get some hot item very soon. This is the only website you should go. |

Great service. I ordered an iPod 30 gig and it actually arrived one day b4 it was supposed to. The customer service is great. I called in after I ordered it to make sure my order was being process, and they said that everything has being taken care of, very nice. I am definitly ordering here again. |

Good prices but they charge you more than what's posted on Pricegrabber for shipping. Bottom line price end's up being higher and might not be the lowest anymore. |

The item I ordered advertised that I would not have to pay for shipping if I used UPS Ground services. I selected that option, but the order total included the $40.95 for shipping. I believe that this is confusing and leaves a question as to whether I will be charged shipping fees or not. ADDENDUM: This item has not shipped as of yet. CTI did inform me at the time of ordering that I should not expect shipment until the end of September 2003. |

I had wanted to take delivery at my office, but this vendor does not know what an "alternate credit card shipping address" is. They did not bother to check my shipping address to see if it was one, they simply rejected the order and notified me the next day. three days and four emails later, I cancelled the order. This kind of hassle is not worth the few dollars less that they charge. |

The CTI website ordering process cannot handle international orders, because the shipping charge isn´t calculated. So I sent an e-mail asking for the total price for shipping an Apple Airport card to Sweden. CTI replied and asked me for their product number and shipping destination!! Their surcharge for intl handling is $25, on top of the shipping cost, in this case 32% of the sales price. After a few e-mails I learned that business-mindedness is not a part of the CTI company culture. |
