I've dealt with a # of online retailers in the past and the trade off for getting good price has always been non-existant customer service. Much to my suprise that wasn't the case at all with the CTI store. Not only did they have an item in stock that i've been searching days for. I recieved a phone call the very next day with a tracking # and total invoice amount. I'd reccomend this company to anyone. |

My first purchase with CTI went much better than most online retailers I have dealt with. When I called, I got a person that could help me. Got the best price I could find on an RM8000 and they even matched the best price I had gotten for 8 200GB HD's. Will definetely be the first place I go back to for future purchases. Thier customer service should be a standard that online retailers try to achieve. |

(Edited September 04th by irenenyq) I placed an order for ipod 15GB. They put my order in back-ordered at that time and tell me when they will have the product like the ETA. When CTI has the product in stock, they send me an iPod right away. I think their customer supports are professional and quick. If you want to get some hot item very soon. This is the only website you should go. |

Great service. I ordered an iPod 30 gig and it actually arrived one day b4 it was supposed to. The customer service is great. I called in after I ordered it to make sure my order was being process, and they said that everything has being taken care of, very nice. I am definitly ordering here again. |

The site stated up front there would be free shipping and gave the following code FREESHIP-APPLE. However, I never had the opportunity to use the code and shipping was added to my purchase. I called later and explained and was subsequently not charged for the shipping. |

Free shipping offer code would not process at checkout. Vendor contacted me by phone and e-mail and quickly resolved the problem to my satisfaction. I was extremely pleased with the rapid response. |

Site has slight programming defect. At the final screen, after confiming sale, it stated the order was less than $100.00 and the order was not placed. I had to call CTI and advise them of the problem as well as confirm the order. |

Ordered an ipod 10GB mp3 player over the internet. Price was very competitve. Shipping was prompt and updates of the order process were sent via email every step of the way as promised. There was no need to make any phone calls, etc to get inof on my order. I would buy again from CTI based on this experience and would also encourage friends to do so as well. |
