I have ordered from this company for many years & have been satisfied 100% of the time. I only had to return an item one time & they didn't question it at all. I used to price shop and ended up ordering from them so I don't waste my time now. I use supermediastore for all of my ink & toner. I buy the refurbished items and am always pleased. |

I haven't used this toner before but the price is incredible. I will be a better judge when the toner arrives and I have a chance to use it. It was very easy to make the purchase and everything was well labeled. |

The service is very good, although some of the product quality can vary. For example. DVD 7mm cases, one batch is acceptable, the next is unusable, and there's no recourse from the company. No replies to complaints, nothing. The CD-R range is very good, but whatever you do, do NOT buy the discs with the printable white labels, they will destroy your internal disc drive, as it happened to my iMac |

This site continues to have a problem with payments. Valid credit cards are rejected but the same card works when payment is through PayPal. Customer service has provided no service. Their promise to look into the situation never happened. This has occurred on multiple orders. |

I used to love this merchant for its free shipping over $25 purchase. They have changed it to free shipping over $50 now. Their prices are no longer competitive. Maybe they should drop the Super and rename themselves to MediaStore.com. |
