They never shipped the order because they said they didn't think the shipping address was correct, after I verified when I ordered. Now they won't get me the order before christmas. This is a terrible outfit. I will never buy anything from them. |

At first I had some problems trying to place my order, but the P.C. Richard & Son Co. went out of their way to contact me and try to make things right. So far, this time around, things have gone much smoother. I do appreciate their going to the trouble of trying to make things right. Very good price. A Case should be with it to keep it protected. A cast was with my order that was good. I did not get a receipt with my order I did not like it. I will like to deal with your company only if you give a receipt. I have never order any thing and did not get a receipt. |
