love online car stereo it is so convenient to look and read about whatever your about to purchase for your vehicle. I buy all my stereo equipment from the site I''m looking to purchase a remote starter and some video headrest for my truck before next month. |

I'm a repeat customer at onlinecarstereo.com. The prices are fair and they usually have fast shipping. I'm dissappointed with my last purchase. I placed my order containing three items. I only received two of the three items. I was charged for all three items. I called customer service a day later and the representative told me it was shipped two days after my other items. He informed me that the item was shipped from a separate warehouse, and that I would receive a tracking email shortly. I never received that email. I made another phone call inquiring about my order today and was told that my order was out of stock. How can a representative give false information? I am patient, and understand shipping takes time. I paid for my product and have nothing to show for it. I wasn't notified at all about any complications, I had to make two sepparate phone calls. I shouldn't have to call to inquire. I may no longer be a customer of onlinecarstereo.com after this experience |

Worst online shopping experience ever. Back ordered items, items not shipped when told they were shipped, item missing from shipment, it's been 22 days and I still don't have everything I ordered to start my car audio instalation. |

Will never shop here again, I order a double din radio which I still have not received and the customer service rep acted like he did not care. I have a tracking number that does not work and no one at the company cares that my package could be missing or lost. |

Fine, except the internet add said 5% off, then when going to the order process, there was no 5% off ... I called the 800 # & never could get anyone to talk w/ me, so I went ahead and placed the order anyway... following order confirmation, I was notified order could not be shipped because billing address (PO Box) and shipping address different (Street address). Then after many frustrating attempts to "straighten this out" I was told to cancel and reorder, which I did not. Less than an hour later I rec'd e-mail order had been shipped... I don't think left hand communicats with right hand! Otherwise, a great shopping experience! |

it was a pretty good shopping experience so far my order is takin a little long my order form said it would be shipped out by six pm and i order it at five am and i have to wait till thursday by the end of the day to get my order it a little longer than i wanted to wait for my order because i need it real soon but i will use this site as long as it keeps up to date |

this is the second time ive ordered the same item over a one year time period and it could not be supplied so I called and had them find a similar item that they could get they said it would take two weeks one week later they sent an email saying that the order was canceled it's hard to do business with a company that can't even get the item they list to sell |

When purchasing, I was told over the phone that their products have the serial number intact. When I received the Alpine MRX-M50 amp and the JL Audio 12W3V3 sub, the serial numbers were scraped off. I called their customer service, and they said "that's strange". They asked ME to pay to have them shipped back to them. How can this company legally get away with this bait and switch? |

One thing when you 1st buy something it gets to you very quick but! when you order a 2nd not so quick, need a reason why would fix it'' would be nice, this time it took 3days to get it, made the order on Jan. 22 Sunday so-Monday it should of went out but didn't dont know why, then when my wire kit for my amp was on back order i had to call after 2 hrs after i got the email that my amp was sent already, I know these things are minner but they can be more bigger if someone wanted everything at once, and the only thing why i think people come back to you is the prices thats it? I would come back |

Never! Customer service is terrible. Called and cancelled back ordered items only to find them on my porch after returning from Christmas vacation.Now I have to pay for shipping and restocking due to their mistake. I will be contacting my credit card company to complain also. |
