Everything arrived a week from order which was well within the time given. I would have liked more tracking ability but accept that this is probably not possible with standard delivery. The Asus F5RL-X3 Notebook computer was offered at a good price and the transaction was smooth. |

The delivery was a little late but this was due to a problem with the shipper. I did have to wait some time to get through to eComElectronics shipping department to query this but when I got through they were very helpful. They were pleasant and effecient. |

All of my questions were answered within 2 hrs of asking, ok they did try to sell me some other things as well but isn't that what everyone does? When I go to a retail store the guy comes up to me and says can I help you and then starts to show me a bunch of stuff and tries to sell them to me. Some things are worth looking at and the rest don't be afraid to just say no, their not going to follow you home until you buy. In my opinion eComElectronics turned out to be one of the better sellers I've dealt with over the net! Shipping was quick! I now have a new source for internet items! |

After looking all over for these phones, eComElectronics came up with the best price. There web site and ordering facilities were easy to use. The shipping and packing was free. The order came much sooner that expected. eComElectronics provided really good e-mail communication regarding my order within minutes of my order being placed. I would definitely use them again when looking for products and recommend them as a good retailer. Thanks for a good experience of buying on line. |

I am very pleased with my purchase, the only down side (although this is not directly ecomelectronics fault) was the delivery drivers who were just moaning on how much work they had to do, they came in put my TV down and left. I thought they were quite rude and they made me feel like i was an imposition. |

I was looking for a laptop with certain configurations to meet my needs of work if wasn't as easy as I had imagined looking for such a thing. I called a few stores some of them were quite helpful some not so much. To cut a long story short, Ecom we're the better buy all around. |

Most of my experiences with ecom had been very good and hassle free. Overall, it's been a very good place to buy electronics. They recommended the Asus - F5RL-X3 Laptop for an unbeatable price I couldn't turn down. |

The site was a little slow, and having to re-enter my login was slightly annoying, but a friend pointed me to this site and I was really happy with the deal I got. Cant complain about a good deal and an honest site, just need faster servers! |

They had a great price on the new Apple Macbook Pro. It was actually in stock. They shipped the order promptly and delivery arrived in just a few days using their free ground shipping. The computer was brand new, in it's original packaging, and worked flawlessly. This is a great store. |

I purchased a Toshiba Tecra laptop through ecom electronics, believing that I was getting a good deal. The salesperson told me that the laptop came with a 1-yr warranty and sold me an extended 3-yr warranty through a company called CPS Central, which I have yet to find a good any reliable information on. I mistakenly believed the salesperson when he told me that the laptop came with only an 1-yr warranty. One year later, I learned that I had a 3-yr, not a 1-yr, manufacturer's warranty on this Toshiba laptop and that I had purchased an additional 3 years through Ecom, making it a total of 6 yrs. I was really mad and I called ecom today to get a refund. Of course, they did not refund my order. I would never have purchased a 6-yr warranty for this laptop. To top things off, I am really not sure if this CPS Central is a legitimate computer services and repair vendor b/c when you call their 800 number and dial 0 for the operator, it hangs up on you. |

I was extremely impressed with eComElectronics. Even though I placed my order on a weekend, the next morning at work I received an email with my UPS tracking number which showed my order was already on its way! It was delivered just under 48 hours after I'd ordered it. |

I didn't read all the details and from the picture of the Plasma TV, I thought it was black. Turns out it's dark grey and black. Still it looks great so not unhappy at all. |
