I recently tried to buy another display. Your web site doesn’t seem to have the capability to find and compare features for displays, or at least I couldn’t find one. After an hour of screwing around, I tried the chat facility. After too long, the chatter did give me the part number for a display that fits the bill—320-9332. So I tried to order it. She wanted to send me a quote, and needed my name, phone, email etc. I had already filled that in to get to the chat room, and I already have an account. Hello? Then in the middle of providing that information a third time, the chat screen went blank, and I was (after a long delay) provided with an new chat partner. Duh? Back to start, do not collect $169. Lots more to say but only 1000 chars allowed. Hello!? |

The site is very user friendly. I have a Dell Dimension 2400 desktop computer that has provided excellent service for over seven years, so decided to go with Dell again for a laptop. |

While on the Dell website approximately 10 days ago I requested to be notified as soon as this product became available, yet I never received e-mail notification. Poor service to someone who is waiting in line with cash in hand to buy your product. Shame on you! |

If it wasn't for Riad_n with your on-line chat, I would have gone somewhere else at any price. I have purchased 2 Dell laptops and 1 desk top in the past and it was very simple. Today I wanted to make a high performance purchase and the web site made me feel I should go somewhere else. Very disappointed in the whole transaction. Will look very closely at ALL competitors before I make a decision next time. Apparently Dell has all the business they can handle. There are a lot of other brands that want the business also. Today was my first purchase that wasn't based solely on price. Think about it. |

It was rather confusing. It was advertised in the flier to have an instant savings but I was unable to figure out how to get the on-line coupon! Did not see anything about out of stock. The flier also stated "free shipping" on this item but I was charged shipping. Don't understand. Very confusing. Needs to be more user friendly! |

The only issue I had was when the error message appeared when I tried to check out. It said correct the highlighted errors but I couldn't find anything highlighted on that page. It had asked me to change my address to the 4 digit extended but I chose to use the regular one. When I had entered the shipping information the phone numbers didn't appear in the window. I thought I had completed everything until I editted shipping information. |

There was supposed to be a $50 discount coupon that could be used and I was never given the opportunity to enter the code and hense did not get the additional discount. This is disappointing. It was not made easy enough. |

Everything during the process of placing the order went very well. The only issue that surprised us was the estimated delivery date, which was displayed as over a month after the day we place the order. The product we purchased was intended to be a Christmas present (we placed the order the day after Thanksgiving), yet the estimated delivery date said it would arrive one week into January. We are still not sure whether or not the product will be delivered before this date, but being that this product was intended to be a primary Christmas present, we sure hope it arrives before the initial estimation. Over 1 month seems like an excessive amount of time to deliver a product that had essentially no alterations to the standard build. As I said, everything else during the ordering process was great. Thank you for the opportunity to express our experience using your service. |

This was a difficult website to navigate (not user friendly) and when there was a problem or question about what I entered it was not clear what they really wanted or how I was to fix it. There was some problem with a delayed reaction of printing when I was entering information so I wasn't sure if it actually got entered. |
