OUTSTANDING service! Great prices! Vast Inventory! I generally receive my merchandise the day after they ship it. I have been able to find "hard to find" titles at great prices, and they are always in stock. |

One of the most professional on-line companies I have every shopped. The site was fast and easy to navigate. Their prices were very competitive and I received my order sooner than expected. I will buy all my future CDs and DVD from CD Universe. |

Transaction went as smooth as silk! Got my package before I was expecting it, and in perfect order. They charge a bit much for shipping, but it is great if you are in a rush. Total price was lower with the shipping than another site that had free shipping! I would probably do business with them in the future. |

ordered a box set DVD. one of the lowest prices for the item, didn't toke long to receive, and was packaged very well. I would shop with them again if they have the best price. |

I have received my merchandise and my order is complete. I ordered Crystal Chronicles for the Nintendo GameCube and the game came via first class mail very quickly, and packed well. I would definitely do business with CD/Games Universe again, and would definitely endorse them to others! |

This was the first time that I ordered multiple videos that they were all shipped within the "usually ships in one to two days" time frame. CD Universe offers so many videos that it is obvious that there will be backorders at times which is not a problem for me. My previous low marks for timely shipping were only a reflection of a back order status that arose after I had placed an order. I like CD Universe a lot! |
