I placed an order for a high-end but older motherboard and some support products from WiredZone recently, and I am extremely impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction! Naturally, the complete order arrived on time, the prices were exceptional, and they were the only one who had the items I wanted in stock. But when it turned out that the motherboard was acting a bit flaky, they took IMMEDIATE steps to cross-ship -- overnight! -- a replacement (which surely cost them $30 or more for which they recieved no reimbursement). But this time, they were out of stock (they'd sent the last one to me). So what did they do? They IMMEDIATELY got on the phone to the manufacturer and had THEM ship one to me overnight! And it came right on time the next day. I can't tell you what a pleasure it's been working with them. They get my strongest recommendation. |

I never received shipping information. I recieved an email saying my billing address was incorrect. Sent my correct address via email but I never received shipping or "email received" confirmation. Retailer Response (04/04/2007): Dear customer, you entered the wrong email address when creating your second account. You placed the order using the second account and therefore the confirmation email could not be delivered. We updated your account with the correct email address after you had sent us an email about your order. If you need further help with your account please email or call us again. |

You could make it easier to send a gift, this was not made clear on your site, just threats about my shipping address matching my credit card. I'm still not sure if the address I gave is acceptable, but now you have all my credit card information. I almost cancelled the whole thing a few times! |

OH my it was here before everything else i ordered the same day. I was also given the option of fedex ground or ups ground for same price love it. I have lots of issues with ups so this was a definite plus. |

I tried to order 2 memory strips. I thought I enetered the number "2" in the appropriate box, but it didn't come up on the order. Only one strip was ordered. I had to re-order the second strip. Otherwise, the ordering went fairly well. |

I placed an international order with WiredZone and was pleased with the experience. Because of the nature of the order process, I had to contact them directly and didn't rely on the website. They were professional, courteous and efficient. |

Wiredzone was great. I found the best price for the product, got free shipping and it arrived on time. I would prefer they use UPS instead of FedEx Ground as the package was found along side my front steps in my flower garden, but that is a FedEx problem not a Wiredzone issue. Good merchant. I will visit them first next time. |

This is a company that really goes one step further to help Customers when they have problems and/or issues, even when such issues are not caused by neither Wiredzone nor the product sold. Definitely a good partner for us to work with. We'll be doing a lot of business with Wiredzone. |

That got here FAST. I ordered on Wednesday, and it was here by Friday. The ordering process was really simple and quick, and I was sent a emails that my order was processed, and then when it was shipped, etc. They get five stars from me. :) |

I've used Wiredzone many times in the past, they recently helped me configure 2 servers and delivered them in 1 week. The systems are running great and my customer is very happy. They have great communication and patience. All promises were kept, great company, I would recommend to anyone.. |

i place order on june 12.
on 20 , i tried to cancel my order, but they dont accepted, and shipped out in day after !!!! then, iam still tryng to return my order, but i will be charged in 15% re- stocking fee!!!! terrible!!! Retailer Response (07/13/2006): Hi Fablins, your order was on backorder and it shipped on the 19th, therefore it could not be cancelled on the 20th. We sent emails notifying you of the status of the order. We never received any emails or phone calls from you cancelling this order so it shipped. You refused the package on the 21st and it has already been received by us. Your refund was issued on the same day. |
