WiredZone kicks much booty...i have been dealing with them for over a year...not 1 problem...they have ALWAYS been prompt and i have even had calls from them after placing an order suggesting other products that would save me money...i have refered many people to them and will still do so in the future...i highly recommend u see what they have to offer b4 u go anywhere else...2 thumbz WAY up!!!! I recently made my first purchase from WiredZone. There was a problem with the hardware item that I purchased, and the support rep with whom I dealt bent over backwards to make it right. I'm just looking for an excuse to buy more stuff from them! |

I was thoroughly satisfied with the products I bought from WiredZone.com And with their shipping center being in Indiana, about an hour and a half from where I live, I got overnight shipping at no extra cost from the 3-5 d ay standard rate. Overall, I got a wonderful deal, and would recommend WiredZone.com to anyone seeking the same!! |

I'd never heard of them, but reading the other reviews settled me on ordering. I placed the order at 11pm on Thur night. Turned out shipping cost was lower than advertised. Had confirmation of the order in my email box when I woke up Fri, and by 2pm, I had confirmation that the order had shipped. Received mouse promptly, in good condition. Will use them again. |

(Edited August 08th by rehmanmasood1) Had problems dealing with the customer service rep and the damaged product shipped. Replaced the product with no charge and refunded the shipping I paid to send the product back. Good come back. |

This company is unreliable. I tried to purchase two camera attachments, which were listed as in-stock on their web site. Wiredzone waited 1 week before letting me know that these items really weren't in stock. They obviously can't track their inventory. If you order from them, be prepared to be disappointed. Retailer Response (08/06/2003): Hello Jon, We had the server responsible for inventory update down for a few hours that day, so I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. I do however have a record that two emails were sent out to inform you about the item being out of stock. One sent on Friday Aug.1st (the order date) and another on Monday Aug.4th, those emails are sent out daily automatically for as long as an order is open in our system. I am not sure what happened to the emails we sent you. Anyways, we've cancelled your order on Tuesday Aug.5th as you requested (2 business days after the order date). |

I strongly recommend this store. In addition to perfect shipping service, I am really impressed by the way how they hadle returns of purchased items. I think that the return service makes them better than most other stores. They took back the desknote computer, which has design issues (i.e. manufacturer did a bad design) without any complaints, and returned my money in full really quick - at the same day as they received the computer back. |
