The initial contact was somewhat shaky, but the order was placed efficiently, the shopping was almost scary fast, and the item was delivered in perfect condition. I would make additional purchases from this vendor. |

When I placed the order, it was showing free shipping. However when at the last step it asks to confirm the info, then there i spotted that shipping fee was added. It was a little bit tricky. |

My grandson (5 years old) changed his mind about what he wanted from Santa just before Christmas. He wanted a Robot. My family live up north in Ontario where shopping is limited. Not only did Shoptronics have exactly what he wanted they were able to get it there before Christmas. He loved it! ROBOSAPIEN is a great toy. Wonderful service! |

Horrible. I ordered a wireless transmitter and it was never delivered. They claimed I signed for it, but I was out of the country. Now they are just ignoring me although they know my claim is correct. They convinced me to take my complaint off Amazon promising to act, but they were aware that you cannot re-enter feedback on Amazon so I was silenced. Terrible customer service! |
