Instructions to user don't match reality. The instructions said to go to Checkout and update billing method. When I did that, it showed 1 item in the cart so when you go to the cart it shows empty. Not an easy website to navigate. |

One kind of improvement I would suggest would be to make more prominent the filling out of the CREDIT CARD information on your ordering sequence. I was stuck several times because it was in the extreme bottom of monitor form and it did not open until your mouse signal actually7 hit upon it. It would help if you would have short instruction to go to this portion or redesign same so that this info could be completed easier by customer. Maybe other people are not as stupid as I am and this has not been a problem. However it was for me. Thank You |

I was looking for a clock radio and SEARS ad the right radio at the right price. Ordering through the website was eash and uncomplicated. I would not hesitate to buy from SEARS in the future. |
