Called after 2 wks, still "back ordered". After 6 wks still nothing. Today called store in Brooklyn (same address as PriceGrabber profile) - "We don't have a Web site". Customer service number hangs up. Web page won't come up. Finally called credit card co. and backcharged. It appears this company is out of business. |

The worst I orderd on 1/13 and still havent recieved my product up till now 1/22 and still waiting. Was told if it didnt show by friday it would be reshipped. Its friday and called and could not get through. would not recomend to anyone. |

I wouldnt recommend soundfactorypro.com to nobody they are the worst store ever ..... we bought 2 numark icdx ...we paid almost a 1000 dollars for it and when we received it their boxes were open then the stuff was used and we didnt paid for not used stuff and now they are playin like we changed it the new ones for used ones ... and now they dont want to do anything about it .. we been saving that money for a year to buy those numark icdx for christmas and this is how they treat people like us ....my phone its 347 2646858 in case somebody wanna talk about it Retailer Response (12/29/2009): We have never and will never sell used goods!!! This customer came into our retail store with units that looked a year old stating these were the ones we sent him. However, the serial numbers did not match the ones that we sent him and the unit serial numbers didn't even match the ones on the box that he brought in. We will always help our customers as best we can, but not when we think we are being scammed!!!!! |

The order processing took a little bit longer than I liked, ordered Thursaday (early morning) and was shipped Monday. However, they upgraded the stardard free shipping to UPS Ground for free to ensure that I received it quicker. This is the best price I found for this item online and they didn't charge $32-$35 to ship like other sites. Also, they were very polite and helpful when I called with questions about my order. I would definitely recommend and order from them again in the future. |

Ordered on 9/14. Called on 9/16 to check order status. I was told it would ship that day. It actually shipped on 9/22. This was free shipping, but it was also sloooow shipping. Otherwise, price was the best and product eventually arrived in good shape. I'd upgrade from free shipping on my next order. |

I ordered a Behringer BTR2000 Chromatic Rackmount Tuner (BTR2000) from Soundfactorypro.com on 4/8/2009. I was charged $63.95. The item went on "Back Order". I then canceled the order (Order History - 04/08/2009 Processing, 04/14/2009 Back Order, 05/05/2009 Canceled). As of 7/19/2009, Soundfactorypro.com has not reimbursed my account. I have filed a complaint (#8259075) with the BBB and will file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office soon. Do Not conduct Business with this Company! |

(Edited January 25th by davemason2009) I used the ground shipping that is free. I have not received it yet but I spoke to a sales rep and my order is shipping out when it is supposed to. And the sales rep was very helpful. I would recommend this merchant to a friend. And the price was excellent. I received my purchase when I was told I would receive it. The whole process with this merchant was great I would use them again. |

By far, this was the best internet buying experience that I've had. The rep who I talked to, Victor, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product and helped me to decide between two similar models by spending over 20 minutes on the phone discussing them with me. I would absolutely do business with SoundFactory again, and will certainly ask for Victor to help me. |

The checkout process was very easy. Spoke to customer rep. about the increase in price within a day and since he could not do anything about the price as the manufacturer had increased it; but he would offset it by promoting the shipping for an early arrival. |

Great service. Started out slow, as they were out of the office for the holiday. When they got back, though, they were very cordial, apologized and explained the reason for the delay, upgraded my shipping for free from the slower, free shipping to 2-day DHL, and promptly sent me the DHL tracking number. Some of the best customer service I've ever gotten online. I would highly recommend them, and with their prices (lower than the rest) and unbeatable service, I will definitely be buying from them again. Thanks! |

(Edited June 04th by pln0) I was not able to receive the first item order due to manufacturer and had a deadline. SoundFactoryPro helped me upgrade to a similarly better item and also gave large discount. And because of time restrains they were then able to ship it next day and on a Saturday at their own expense! Awesome customer service, they will go the extra yards to satisfy their customers! SFP has 100 times better service then other popular DJ equipment merchants on PriceGrabber, and that I say from experience. In the process of purchasing again with them! Highly recommended! |

These guys are great. The prices are terrific and even better they upgraded to next day shipping for me. The couple of days to process was worth the $50 I saved. I would have had to pay more else where and even pay more for shipping. Lets admit it free shipping does matter that makes the difference if It is worth buying online or at a local store ie taxes. Customer support by phone was outstanding also. Thanks alot Soundfactorypro! |

I ordered two items and when my order was held up by one item not being delivered to them by the facory they sent the first item overnight for free to make up for the slight wait and disappointment. Also when my second item arrives there, they are going to send it overnight for free. What more could anyone ask of a merchant? |
