I ordered 2 CDJ1000mk3's from soundfactorypro.com, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me pick the right coffin for these cd players. They emailed me a tracking number as soon as it was shipped, and received my order complete and in perfect condition. I was very happy with my experience with them. Highly recommended to shop with. |

I first called Soundfactorypro.com to ask questions on their Denon HD 2500, and on their return policies, Vic went above and beyond to fill in the blanks. Anyone who shops online knows to read between the lines, and if you don't please start to. Getting suckered while shopping threw the internet is all a headache. My order was processed quick. I received my packages in one day. The only issue I had was a factory defect. I call them, and Explained what was wrong. I was given two choices. I could mail the unit back them and they'll send me another one, or go there store personally and exchange it, and that's what I did. I was greeted by staff, and treated well. I truly recommend Soundfactorypro.com to everyone, the prices are great and the service is phenomenal. |

This Place is the best!!! I was searching for DNS5000,and say that Soundfactorypro.com had a note get better price on their ad. So i clicked them and their site says call for best price. I don't really like to call but i tried it. They gave me a lower price then anyone because they were willing to match prices. I got my CD player fast and brand new. I will def hit them up again for more stuff. |

i got a big sound back home in grenada i used to buy from all the other major sites but this new site here got professional salesman that know what there selling and there merchindise comes fresh and on time love u guys id recomend all my pejrons to shop with u guys if only u took cash!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I'm not one to shop online, but my experience with soundfactorypro.com will change that. The site was easy to navigate, with an excellent product selection. The salesman who worked with me was extremely knowledgable and answered any question i had about the rane serato i purchased. I highly recommend this site to anyone serious about their audio equipment. |

I ordered two items and when my order was held up by one item not being delivered to them by the facory they sent the first item overnight for free to make up for the slight wait and disappointment. Also when my second item arrives there, they are going to send it overnight for free. What more could anyone ask of a merchant? |

These guys are great. The prices are terrific and even better they upgraded to next day shipping for me. The couple of days to process was worth the $50 I saved. I would have had to pay more else where and even pay more for shipping. Lets admit it free shipping does matter that makes the difference if It is worth buying online or at a local store ie taxes. Customer support by phone was outstanding also. Thanks alot Soundfactorypro! |
