Sent damaged stove and would not return it....never buy from this company - policy is as within 24 hours. A normal business would let you return a defective product!! |

I received a very large (24 cu ft) upright freezer from US Appliance. My wife accepted delivery as I was traveling. I opened the box upon my return (my wife could not open the package herself). The front door panel had a large dent in it. I called US Appliance and they told me that because I did not call them within 24 hours of receiving the box, they would not do anything about the large dent in the almost $800 freezer I just bought. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and COMPLETELY UNREASONABLE POLICY!!! |

I love US Appliance! I bought an entire kitchen's worth of professional grade appliances from them when I built my home and did not hesitate for a minute to return to them when I needed to purchase a new washer and dryer! Simple, easy, cost-effective. :) |

Very well designed website. I can't believe I wasted so much time looking elsewhere (ebay etc) when US Appliance is 1) an authorized Onkyo dealer and 2) has better prices than everyone, including questionable remanufactured / gray market receivers. I can't wait to get my receiver - I'll be back! I also appreciate the fact that I didn't have to "register" as a lot of other sites require. It's an unwanted and intrusive feeling hassle. |
