Absolutely Horrible!!! They delivered a non-working Fridgedaire oven range to me on 2/12/11. It's 3/4/11 and I still do not have a working appliance...just a broken one sitting in my kitchen. I'll paraphrase their last email correspondence to me..."it's not our problem, we didn't manufacture the appliance, call the manufacturer." They were kind enough to give me Fridgedaire's 800 number. US Appliance also informed me that I could return the product for a 10 percent re-stock fee. Not worth the money I saved. The absolutely worst experience I've ever had with a company. Save yourself heartache and do not do business with these guys. |

BUYER BEWARE!!! They seem to be taking orders and not be able to process them. I have been extremely dissatified with these guys. They seem to have lied repeatedly to me. You may or may not get your order and have to cancel after waiting a couple of weeks for your order. So I placed my order over the phone on 2/14 and was told that I would get an email confirmation later that day or the next day. I followed up the next day (2/15) and was told the order had processed and the email would be going 'now'. No email came AND my card was charged. Followed up the next day (2/16), again I was told that the order is processed and the email is going out 'now'. No email. Waited a couple of hours. Called again in the afternoon. Now I was told that the email might not even have gone into my spam folder but have been blocked completely by gmail and was asked for another email address. Hah! Cancel and dispute the charge. |

Sent at least 5 emails without any response. Took me about 5 days calling them everyday before they ship the TV. Now, package stuck in Chicago due to bad weather. No Big screen for Super Bowl. |

I called a week after ordering the KitchenAid food processor only to be told that the item was not in stock and was on backorder. I was given no realistic date of when I could expect item. I even called before I submitted the order. They could have at least let me now they did not have the item and it was on backorder. Their communications are horrible. I hope I didn't get scammed! |

I really like this NX810 Sony 3D TV. US Appliance had by far the best price and they used a carrier that was very prompt and professional. My only complaint is on US Appliance website, there is no way to view your order or in my case, I could not even track it. It's as if I don't exist as a customer on their site. |

After reading reviews specifically related to appliances, I ordered our oven from US Appliance feeling everything would be O.K. but still having this little tinge of doubt in the back of my head. That bit of doubt was unnecessary. I placed the order on Jan 17, 2011; order processed on Jan 19, 2011; and we took delivery on Jan 28, 2011 -- remarkably faster delivery than I expected given that I purchased the oven with a free shipping offer. The oven arrived with no box damage and in brand new, undamaged condition as expected. After installation, the oven operated flawlessly. Shipping only covered curbside delivery, but the driver went above and beyond, helping me move the boxed oven to the front door. I would definitely consider buying any future appliances from US Appliance and highly recommend the company to anyone considering the purchase of an appliance via the internet. An additional note: R+L Carriers, the transport & delivery service for our order, provides outstanding service. |
