I placed 4 orders with HiTech Vendors in 4 weeks, for SanDisk MicroSD cards. Their prices were better than many other web vendors, and their shipping/handling fees were reasonable. Their shipping by USPS First Class Mail was very quick, and all orders arrived in 2-3 days, though having to sign for the packages was inconvenient. Unfortunately one of the SD Card Adapters was defective and had to be returned. Their RMA process and form were easy and quick, and their Technical and Customer Service representatives were helpful and understanding, and they were quick to process the PayPal refund after receiving the returned item. I would definitely do business with HiTech Vendors again. Thanks! |

Nice to have a place that offers reasonable shipping. It's nuts to have pay $6-10 to ship something that fits in a first class mail envelope. Kudos to HiTech vendors for being honest with their shipping costs! |

Placed 1st order today with this merchant so I have no prior history with them. I have had to return my item and ask for an exchange. The item I ordered was not compatible (no fault of Hitechvendors) with the camera I eventually purchased. I was issued a RMA and received the new item very quickly. I was very pleasd with the service I received from Hitechvendors and would purchase from them again. |
