I recently purchased a Sony HDR-CX350v camcorder from 42nd street photo. I’m completely satisfied with price and customer service 42nd St Photo provided. I got call from customer service to varify and shipped same day.I was asked if I was interested in purchasing a battery charger and I declined. hard sales pressure, I got my camcoder with in 4-5 day with free shipping.I will certainly consider 42nd St. Photo for my future online purchases |

I needed the camera before the intended ship date, and they took care of it. Camera arrived today which would have been the original ship date. Very happy with the customer service response. |

The purchase process was smooth. I also received a call from the vendor before shipment of the product to confirm when I would need this product. Also some additional accessories were suggested to me though I did not get them as I though I could get them later if needed. |

Ordering from website was really easy!...I purchased a Canon Xt2i and the next day, i got a phone call confirmation from a sales rep. He was very helpful and asked if i wanted any other accessories with the camera that i ordered: extra batteries, SD card, etc. I declined and felt no other sales pressure. He did asked me if i wanted signature required, which i accepted. Come delivery date ( on time), i found the package on my doorstep! No signature required notice came through! Not a big deal, since i was home from work on time that day and i live a secure apartment, where the neighbors are nice and leave your packages alone....hence, the 4 stars. regardless, i would definitely order from 4nd photo again... great prices and easy transaction! |

I have searched lots of websites and finally found the price of this merchant was very attractive. In addition, the salesman Jonathan was very patient to explain the cause to me when I was angry for the sake of misunderstanding, which was begotten by my inattention. |

I had a positive experience. We had a miscommunication about when to ship the item which cost me about $25 and a few days late but overall it was a good place to buy from. The people seemed very helpful. I would recommend to a friend as long as they are very clear about when and where they want to camera to be! |

They were the least expensive for the product that I ordered. Plus when I ordered an additional memory stick and battery they noticed that I ordered the wrong one and called before they shipped my order to make sure I got the right one. |
